You would think in the modern day, sex ed would teach children starting puberty to do these kind of things, like looking at themselves and tracking periods, making sure nothing is out of the ordinary for routine and knowing while every body is different, some things should be checked out if it's concerning enough.

Not to derail the convo too much further but I can say that women are often put on Lupron (or similar hormone blocker) for both egg donation as well as for IVF so the doctors can control ovulation cycle better. As we know from this thread, Lupron has proven awful side effects in general but it's also a Category X drug which means it is known to cause birth defects and already pregnant women should NOT take it (because duh cancelling hormone production when there's a growing fetus inside you is a recipe for a literal monster IF it survives).
There is a huge industry in egg harvesting and one would hope there's at least some longitudinal research going on regarding egg viability from such treatments but uh, the more times it doesn't work the more money they can make on you trying again and again so who knows. As for the women who donate, it is an incredibly invasive and risky procedure and aside from all the other risks of hormone blockers they sometimes never regain fertility after harvest, locking themselves into early menopause. Its a whole lot of fucked up.

I agree with you. I don't think this person is telling the truth. It makes zero sense to do a vaginectomy and hysterectomy and keep the ovaries for future eggs. If your doctor heard you say that, they would rightly tell you to go get your eggs frozen right now so that :There's something about this whole story I find really "off".
I dunno what it is but it feels kinda like a smokescreen, maybe it's because even though she says she's de- transitioning, she still wants to be a man? I don't get get, plus like someone else said if shes been on T for almost 9 years, I would think her ovaries have shriveled up at this point.

why would there be evidence for a question no one needed to ask until recently? the only women taking T to this extent before now were athletes, and basically none of them take as much testosterone as trans men, and the ones that do take a lot of testosterone took it in CYCLES rather than at a constant rate for years. Pathologist Dr. Ryan cole has been talking about how much the rate of cancer has been going up in his lab since shortly after the rollout, it isn't just female cancers but it is one of the main changes he noticed in the statistics. That is mostly what pathologists do all day, biopsies. I don't know how you can untangle the venn diagram of women who recently transitioned and vaccine takers, its probably a perfect circle. Usually when you combine two risk factors for the same outcome you end up with a higher percentage of people affected than if you added the % together. most of these women are fat, too, so you can add a third risk factor (albeit one that existed in the demographic for quite some time).

The simple answer to "how will a shit ton of testosterone at the levels troons use affect future children?" is....we don't know, and probably won't for a damn long time.
Basically, every kid who gets on this stuff is kind of an uncontrolled experiment. Clinic ABC does one thing, Clinic PDQ something slightly different, and Clinic XYZ has their own tweaks. This isn't like treating asthma or even childhood cancer. There is no real standard for this shit, like x dosage for this hormone and y dosage for this blocker for z number of years. It's not FDA or it's foreign equivalent agency approved for this purpose.
Most of the kids who have had varying kinds of this witch's brew are probably under 25, definitely under 30. (The poster we started this discussion with said she was 23 and on T for 9 years. Can't remember if she said she was on blockers or not.)
Currently in western society, most people aren't having kids until after 25, maybe even 30-ish or later. We aren't going to have any real sizable numbers of Aidens attempting to get maternal for a few more years, if they are like other girls in that regard.
So here's Aiden in 2025, and she's decided this is the year to start spawning with her nonbinary boyfriend/husbando. Let's say that when she was young and seeing Dr Mengele Jr., she went to one of the clinics who kept good records, We know exactly what was prescribed, and Aiden was very good about taking her "life saving meds". She didn't do puberty blockers, and went straight to the T. We know what dosage, the manufacturer, all of that.
In fact, let's say we got, oh, 1000 just like her. (Yeah, I know, but work with me here, it's a fucking hypothetical after all.) So after reviewing the files, we already got some problems.
Some Aidens will be shit outta luck because they yeeted the ovaries, so that reduces that potential pool of study subjects.
Out of the Aidens who kept their ovaries (because like I said, this is the Wild Wild West of medicine, anything goes), there will be a few who can't produce eggs. That could go to a separate pile to study - maybe a certain manufacturer's T killed the eggs off while the rest didn't, maybe it would just take them longer to have a fertilizable egg, maybe they would have naturally been infertile regardless of the T. It's an interesting question that deserves an answer. But it won't help with this study of how T affects a developing babby, so taking them out leaves us with say, 750 potentials (again, work with me here.)
Some Aidens might change their minds and decide it's not the right time, but some will give it all they got.

THEN we have to see if they can actually *stay* pregnant. A not so insignificant number of pregnancies are miscarried, and a few more are stillborn. We'd have to tease out why - was it f'ed up eggs? Something with the uterus (if the Aiden kept hers for some reason), and if so, was she born that way or was it the T that caused it? Maybe Aiden's got problems producing the right amount of progesterone and all the other pregnancy hormones at the right time - is it linked to T or not? Could it possibly have something to do with Daddy's little swimmers? Some of this data might be relevant to T usage and carrying a babby, some of it not (like Daddy's swimmers).
Anyway, we now have a few little theybies (say 400) to celebrate. Woo hoo hoo!

For example, there are about 10 million women who were born between 1938-1971 who were exposed to DES (a synthetic form of estrogen) when their mothers were pregnant (it was used to try to prevent miscarriage). We know that they had higher rates of infertility, pregnancy difficulties, and certain cancers (sons were affected to a much lesser extent). Most of those effects only showed up when those women were trying to have children of their own.
In fact, there's some research going on to see if it has affected the next generation, too (the original patients' granddaughters). It's going to take some time for those results to come in.
One stupid little hormone just might have the ability to fuck up descendants you may never meet. Isn't that happy news??

So if you want an answer.....the best we can do right now is guess. The very idea of pumping normal girls up with T for any reason was considered crazy AF until recently. What we know about what happened to the East German athletes doesn't bode well, but they weren't given as much T when they were younger, and they certainly weren't given it when they were pregnant.
Pregnant women who for whatever reason produce higher than normal levels of T are known to have higher blood pressure and less blood flow to the uterus, which is suspected in causing low birth weight and a higher chance of chronic, lifelong health problems. Keep in mind, these maternal levels are less than what the Aidens are probably using.
Maternal testosterone on babby yes, it's mainly about rats, because (usually) fucking around like this on humans is considered unethical.
Finally, don't ever count out the "WTAF is that??" result that no one saw coming. Maybe all the Aidens' kids will be rocket scientists who have achieved Buddha nature and look like supermodels, because of that wonderful T. (X) But usually, the differences that pop up when you fuck with your hormones aren't great or optimal. Sometimes they're tragic.

vocal surgeries to MtF troon or FtM de-troon are also pointless & a needless risk.
All a doctor can do is shorten your vocal tract length, which only affects pitch. They can't make your vocal tissues thinner or make the resonating space smaller- both of which are important as gender cues, as perceived vocal fold mass & first resonance frequency are used to determine sex more than pitch is.
This is why most MtFs getting voice surgery end up just sounding like they're talking in a breathy falsetto, with that aspirate quality being due to damage from the surgery. It is better to simply learn enough voice control to use less VFM & a narrower resonant passage when speaking.
