In the UK we have a pre-probate service, that fuck all people have heard about. Basically, you get your will written and it gets put through probate while you are alive. The courts are required to tell you exactly how to ensure that what you want to happen after your death does. Handy enough for those who don't want to get married but want to make sure their partner gets everything, but wills here can also include pre death stuff too - such as who makes the care decisions in the event of you becoming comatose.
Worth looking in to for Bonglanders. Don;t know if Yanks have the same thing. Doubt it, since there's no money in it.

I hate off topic sperging as much as the average kiwi but if a quick derail on marriage in regards to inheritance for a few pages helps a kiwi avoid one of those financial disasters described then it's worth it.

First of all, not trans "kids", boys competing in girls categories. Trans "kids" do not have an automatic advantage, only trans identified males do.

Third, when does it start mattering? College sports? Good thing people just spontaneously develop athletic ability at 17 and middle and high school sports aren't used to find people with an aptitude for the sport. oh wait.

I hate this shit. Again, it's this appeal to an internal pain that apparently justifies preferential treatment. As much as it gets twisted out of shape all the time by lefty people online, I can get the basic idea that we as a society desire a level playing field for people. But this is literally saying "troon sadness justifies favoritism". I'm afraid you might have to browse the thread to find them. Null got the macro and most of the troon images from this thread, and from the Kevin Gibes thread for the Gibes and the Tranch stream. Maybe try the highlights feature or look at the dates around the time the stream was posted?
