Remember Chris overreacts consistently. If nothing is really going on in the case, there isn't much for Heilberg to communicate about. And even in the letter, Chris gives examples of Heilberg showing interest and concern for the case re: frustrations with finding a group home. I wouldn't be surprised if Heilberg is showing a professional level of communication but isn't engaging with Chris's every non-lethal whim or request or delusional letter. Chris was assigned an attorney to represent him and his legal interests - he wasn't assigned a friend.

I'm sure they're fed up with this case. They probably felt bad for him at first but then realized he's a rapist. I bet they got tired of screening calls from magi chan delivering psychic news.

Chris is grumpy that he can't go home again while Barb's there, he just wants to go back to how it all was before this all started - once again confirming he can't learn from his mistakes.

I bet he thinks he's in jail cause Barb is blocking his way home. Ie: He could already leave jail if only BC14 was vacant, but Barb (or rather: stubborn Zombie Barb) is blocking him.

Chris acted out at the hospital they restrained him in a serious manner in a chair, I wonder what caused him to chimp so hard they felt the need to do that it's not hard to get him to chimp but he backs down when confronted with authority normally and to keep doing it so much they restrained him it had to be something special or they have done something to his imagination land like calling it not real to his face.

I agree, something big must have happened, but I doubt calling his delusions about CWCville what they are wouldn't do that. He'd just scoff at you and haughtily call you naive for not knowing that toonworld is real.

My guess would be that he freaked out due to stress and the nagging knowledge that things will never be as they were, that he capital-letter-F Fucked Up, that he might go to jail for a very long time, go to the loony bin forever and that all his possessions will be thrown in a dumpster (and GarbageRaier will potentially sift through it).
Would not be surprised if he wanted to go home, expected to be sent home at a certain point, convinced himself that he had a divine vision of going home... and then freaking out when told that his divine vision was bullshit and that he'd sit in jail for another couple weeks.

We know how much he obsessed over "future visions" such as his daughter Crystal, Bob being around until a certain year and so on. He's very distraught when it turns out things don't go as expected.

Chris's interaction with his legal team is either strained or they are ignoring Chris as best they can and only interacting with him when they have to either just to get it off there plate, OR because they realise he's a hopeless case and are trying to limmit the damage he can do to what they are trying to do.

I mentioned in another thread that I imagine Chris to be really disatisfied with his legal team, cause in his experience, he does whatever he wants, feeling perfectly justified in acting that way (like nearly running Snyder over, committing vandalism in various stores or assaulting a GameStop employee with pepper spray), getting hauled to jail by the long arm of the law jerkop and then being offered a plea deal that allows Chris to avoid all harsh consequences.

Like in the past when he was accused of a felony, he now expects to be able to plead down to a misdemeanor and get a sentence that allows him to cleanly pull his head out of the noose he got himself into. The fact that any current plea deal offered was not the "get out of jail free card" that Chris expected most likely means to him that his legal team is doing a shitty job.
He wants to be let out of jail now Now NOW NOW, and anything less is a clear sign that Heilberg is doing a bad job.

Chris badmouthed his old lawyer for some stupid reason as well, iirc cause back then, the plea deal involved a payment in compensation to Snyder, so even back when he got a golden bridge by his lawyer, he was still an ungrateful little shit about it. Imagine what he must be thinking about his current lawyer, if Heilberg can't even offer him a plea deal where Chris just pays some money and goes back to playing Legos and jerking off surrounded by his own filth.

It's a goddamned shame his lawyer isn't female, I bet we'd get hilariously inappropriate statements from Chris' letters in that case.

Heilburg sent him to western state and Chris was hoping that they'd then send him to a home for slow in the minds from there, but instead all western state did was try to train the untrainable to not spreg on about getting his toys from the sonichu temple or demand to be addressed by his mile long name with all its new titles. Once western got fed up with trying to train chris they sent him back strapped to the board cause he wouldn't stop flailing around screenching like the tard he is and now...Heilburg is fed up with both the courts and Chris. He's got no place to go and Heilburg's initial plan of trying to paint chris as some "poor retarded tranny victim of online bullying and manipulation, has fallen through. Heilburg has been reported to be a good lawyer, and anyone that is a good lawyer would research before making a claim that Chris is a victim. Anyway, my mind's blank here and there it just went blank for a moment. I hate when it happens. Anyway uh, it was good. All the classes were good, I definitely recommend it if you're at least care taking for a family member, or have been pretty much doing it all your life if your- if one of your- both of your parents was 52 upon conception. He also talked about it on twitter, around this time he started referring to himself as having dementia as well in classic CWC fashion making everything about himself. He mentions it in another stream too very briefly but I don't remember which one and there's way too many to dig through. There was an argument that the classes were "general elder care" classes and they briefly touched on dementia, but the now changed local martha jefferson website had Wednesday classes listed as specifically for dementia and Alzheimer's patients. Unfortunately during the coof they changed the days and types of classes with focus of online because of covid. Not long before this time period is when barb started to very obviously show signs and symptoms so it's very possible during one of her doctor's visits they recommended chris attend the classes.
