I suppose it is technically possible, but horribly unlikely. There would have to be a pretty specific court order he'd have to very clearly and on purpose ignore and there'd have to be a condition that he'd be set free if he chose to obey the order. Unconditional jail sentence is so unlikely it is hardly even worth bringing up (it would also require seperate trials and all the protections awarded in criminal cases). See, for example, Penfield Co. v. SEC, 330 U.S. 585 (1947), Hicks v. Feiock, 485 U.S. 624 (1988 ), Mine Workers v. Bagwell, 512 U.S. 821 (1994).

Acerthorn makes my teeth itch. It grates on my last nerve the way he styles his motions and as such I can't enjoy his autistic lunacy as much as I could if he styled it in a better fashion. I just can't get over my overwhelming irritation of him addressing the court in the first person, and in such an informal tone as if he was giving the court a dressing down because the judge is just too stupid to understand him. Because of course if the judge just listened to him the judge would see that Acerthorn knows EVERYTHING and is of course right.

That comment he made to one person on his tantrum video about how the court was so good to him before the intervenors were allowed to speak but then got unduly influenced by the intervenors was so telling. He is the only one allowed to speak. He is the only one who really knows what is going on. And by GOD he's going to keep telling you over and over and over again that his way of thinking is obviously right and if you don't agree then you are prejudiced against him.
