Not gonna lie though, and this may be an uncommon opinion, but I don't really comprehend the idea of sending money to these various Vtubers because they aren't actually changing the world. People need to stop using up their lives for these damn Vtubers man. Plus, it just makes these fools super greedy ironically, and people need to fathom that in a way. That's incredibly half assed. If they wanted it to work they should have committed to making them look more eldritch and western, as it stands they just looks like generic anime girls trying to ride a trend. Which reminds me I think one reason I didn't like vtubers initially was because my first exposure was to one on Trash Taste or something and she was just boring, as well as explaining a backstory that didn't fit her model, something about being a grim reaper.

Axel certainly seems to be the odd one out. He's fine, but has mostly been reduced to the butt of the other three's jokes.

I just can't stand the way he speaks. Not the accent but the fact that he unironically uses sussy at least 3 times a steam.

I have noticed that he is the punchline of everyone's jokes and he does seem to be fairly young (possibly not even past 22). I have a feeling that if they keep doing this, at some point he might snap and have a bit of a meltdown on stream.

Just noticing Kanauru had gone back to their usual twitter posting with a Miko edit and them being at CRX to meet Ollie. and a random thought crossed my mind regarding the whole thing with Mumei's MV being taken down.
A lot of the discussion got stuck on the idea that Cover took it down because of fan complaints etc,

but (and feel free to hit me with clocks if I just missed someone else suggesting this) what are the odds that perhaps the person that took issue with the MV was the original artist for the song since it was a cover song. Because I could totally see a scenario where the Jpop artist writing cutesy music is suddenly asking why their music is being put with dark humor and since it's the same artist that wrote songs like love trial that korone and Sora have covered among others it'd probably be a bad move for cover to start rocking the boat in those relationships with artists.

thinking on the whole situation I would say it's probably just a good case example for why projects like this shouldn't be fasttracked and put up with only a half hour's notice.

It could be a possibility. The original song is about 7 years old and has 3.5M veiws but the version Mumei used is 3 years old and only has 190K views. Hell, the reupload someone else did of the Mumei video is already at 100k.

I can agree for large corpo Vtubers. The money they make comes from the merch. Super chats are loose change in comparison and most don't end up in the pockets of the talent. I don't know Niji's cutting but for Holo donating a 100 bucks means the talent is getting 30 at most and I don't think the whales understand that. Ina almost got bonked in the early days for pointing this out and asking that support to all the girls should be shown by purchasing merch as the cut is better. For Indies and small corps supporting them with SC's is a little more understandable. Obviously don't throw hundreds of dollars every stream but if they're giving you entertainment, throwing a couple bucks their way is the decent thing to do.

Basically if the names are correct, and the furfag profile is correct, than the rest of it is just tertiary information anyway and the core issue of Zax being a groomer remains. Well, I've got SeafoamBoy's Counsilrys & Myth models in Blender, but I'm having a hell of a time getting the UV maps to work correctly, as the textures are separated from the file. I'll probably have them all working soon.

I need a good week in Blender before I get used to it, but I hope to create some 'fun' content soon. I still need to finish my atrocity collection.
