There might still be reason to call him the teflon tard if he gets out soon but people need to stop suggesting he'll get off scot free. He has been in jail for a year now. Even if he's released tomorrow there'll surely be all sorts of restrictions and conditions which amounts to additional punishment. And there's a strong chance he would fuck up these conditions and face further punishment. You might think that, if he gets out tomorrow, he hasn't been punished enough but he is absolutely suffering and paying for his crime.

I doubt the last part. The others are probably true

Chris wont be able to maintain a DSP level lifestyle for very long, even if he started pulling DSP grift level figures each month.

Give him that much money and he will either end up back in jail or dead pretty quickly.

I am not surprised, but still, why do people lose their shit? Nothing has happened yet. Just like the previous time when he got a continuance. I swear to God, if anything happens that is not Chris being put in a cell with a bunch of niggos, people start screaming "all is lost".

Holy fuck, I didn't think the autism card would be the trap card he needed, but the fact they are using it to save him now really does prove that Chris will probably escape on this one with a probation period.

I am looking forward to see how he fucks this up. in a most spectacular way.

He really hasn't got off scott free this time though. He's been sitting in jail for over a year now. I'm personally ready for the released in to society and being a homeless menace arc or the released in to a supervised care home and thrown out because he can't play well with others arc.

I think people are just seeing the writing on the wall that Chris is probably going to get undeserved leniency. Personally I think that's fine so long as they commit to treating him like not just a poor handicapped retard, but a potentially dangerous one that needs a short leash for the rest of his life. You're too retarded to function? Okay, then you stay in a tard containment pen from here on out.

He mentioned a group home in one of the recent letters but said they didn't send him there because of wanting to free up a room or something?
