Aug 9 2022 - Continuance on Grand Jury, defense filed motion for autism disorder deferred disposition

Chris just wanted a replacement mommy that he could fuck (FORESHADOWING). He included things like average to high income as well as a driver’s license as criteria for his Sweetheart-to-be. Someone to enable his “young at heart” lifestyle while granting him ample access to her China.
Yeah, he wanted to live like a trophy-wife while being a fat retard. His sexual delusions were always strong, we just never thought they would get to the level of fucking his elderly mother.

So legally, what is the next step? A hearing to determine trial date? Or something that finally says what they are going to do with Him?
(speculation)

Assuming the motion was granted? Either he will be sentenced at instant (doubtful as the judge would probably have to consider multiple variables before handing down sentence), or a further sentencing date will be set. Or maybe review hearings will be set in between.

Denied? Probably sending the case back to the grand jury, which if the court information is anything to be believed, meets in October.

Sysco ingredients aren't bad. They're not great either, but they're decent enough. Inexpensive restaurants use them and properly prepared it's fine, even tasty in a comfort food sort of way.

The problem is the shit cooking of Sodexo/Aramark.

Nitpick, but I think in Virginia a conservator just controls your financial affairs, while a guardian gets to actually control you. The terms are different in some other states:

So if we hear that Chris has been assigned a conservator, the conservator can't make him *do* anything, Chris just loses control of his finances. Chris absolutely needs a conservator.
Sysco food: I'm gonna have to disagree there. But then again, I eat that shit at least once a day, as we can't bring our own food to the facility.

Conservatorship: Huh, good to know. Well I'll use the proper Virginia term going forward now. Thanks.

First off, you're doing God's work, because tard wrangling ain't easy.

Second, not to powerlevel you or anything, but I suspect you've had some specific tard wrangling training, because you seem to have worked at some of the more restrictive tard homes. They're not all as regimented as you describe, though I've also seen some that are a LOT worse. Three guesses which ones Chris would be sent to.

Restrictions: I have worked both restrictive and non. I just figured I'd go with restrictive, as part of me hopes that's where Chris ends up.

Do we even know if the no-talking bit is true at all? AFAIK the only source for that claim is Chris himself, Mr. Unreliable Narrator extraordinaire.
That was sorta my point, that neither what he or his parents say should be taken at face value. Wouldn't be surprised if he tried vocalizing during his "mute" years but the earliest recording of him at 11 has him speaking on the same level as my three year old.

I wish people would stop pushing this. Chris didn't "perform an exorcism" at the hospital, he merely saw crazy or seizures in patients and thought those people were possessed by demons from what is written in the bible.
See, I know taking Chris at his word alone is a dumb move, but I was under the impression it was him trying to do the exorcism that was what led to him having to be restrained and ultimately kicked out of Western State on account of interfering with other patients?

Maybe I don't have the known facts fully defined about that particular incident but at the very least we have the mugshot of Chris getting rebooked where he looks absolutely miserable, so the end of his stay at Western State didn't end on a high note, whatever happened.

Do you work in a super conservative Christian facility? How is restricting porn even legal?
In my country, porn is banned in native land to prevent them from raping each other. I imagine porn is banned in tard group homes for similar reasons.

Would it be legal for Chris’s mail to be withheld? It’s a pretty basic right.

A lot of autists have this, no trauma needed. I could have sworn Cole said something about it as well. The cwcki isn’t loading for me right now.

Based on an earlier letter, we surmised Chris threw a tantrum the day before he left the hospital when he found out he was going back to jail, and that’s why he was restrained and that’s why he looked so upset in the picture. We now know he thought he was going to a group home, but had to leave the hospital because they needed the bed. Presumably, they weren’t able to place him in a home.

Chris didn’t say he tried to perform an exorcism. He said the staff was against the idea. This complaint is part of a list of complaints which includes the restraint incident. They aren’t necessarily connected at all.

Always read carefully and consider the source.

They might vet his incoming and outgoing letters and determine if they will be detrimental to his recovery. They aren't going to want letters coming in and patting him on the back for being a brave goddess Jesus and furthering his delusions. Their job is to keep him placate and to be as little of a bother to the nurses and other residents.

Quoting to ask a (slightly) related question. Thanks for offering your insight, by the way.

What happens if the facility determines that Chris is incompatible with their treatment options? What behaviors might lead to this?

Ex: Chris is physically abusive to a wrangler. I know that wranglers are trained to handle this and almost expect it, particularly with more difficult autism cases. However, if it happens consistently, can Chris be sent to a more secure facility? Back to jail? How many times would it have to happen, to your best estimate? What if he is abusive to other tards? What if the abuse is sexual? Etc.

Basically, what are the consequences Chris can reasonably face for tarding out too hard, and what are the limits that he can be reasonably expected to cross?
Honestly, it depends on the facility. As you said, we have training to deal with that kind of stuff, but of course, we all have limits. Some facilities have isolation areas where those who misbehave are sent (picture a sterile room with very little in terms of decorations, furniture, and access to the outside world) to cool down, and where they can get one on one (or just more due to staffing shortages) attention. Depending on the facility as well, they could see about medicating him to an extent if he is a threat to himself or others. If they are deemed too dangerous in one of those facilities though, they usually just wind back up in a state institution like Western State.

Its also possible that he gets put in a less restrictive facility, which would mean that restrictions include things like losing privileges. As much as I hate to say it, staff would also probably start to single him out and assign him worse chores, give him slightly less food, and be less willing to work with him (all things I have seen), all while trying to get the court to send him to another, more restrictive facility.

As far as limits he can cross, property destruction, assaulting staff or residents, harassing residents, and self harm are the big ones. Depending on the facility, non-compliance is another big one, since not taking meds or doing what you are tasked with doing can disrupt the order of the facility. Those are the main ones I would see Chris having issues with. There are others, but I kinda doubt Chris would go those routes (since I haven't seen much evidence of drug use by Chris).

Lol at the Autism card being played.

I think it's worth repeating what I said earlier seeing all the people MATI in this thread. While Chris getting off relatively light is extremely unjust (I think what Chris did is considered rape) it is also the funniest outcome possible. All the normies, weens and a-logs impotently coping, seething and dilating as the teflon tard gets away with it again is way funnier than Chris simply going to prison. It's one chimpout that we won't even get to watch (Chris finding out he's going to prison) vs thousands of public chimpouts all over the internet (everyone who is angry that Chris wasn't sent to prison for 10 years), it's simple math.

Yes, it's a grave error of impunity to let Chris walk, yes, it'll be letting a probable rapist off the hook, but it will also be very funny to see the reactions of everyone who thought that this would be the end of Chris. And remember, we don't come to Kiwifarms to see justice, we come here for the funny. Getting mad at Chris is a waste of time and effort, he's not worth your blood pressure.

This is pretty much it. Granted as I have said in many of my posts, it depends on the facility though.

One of the only sensible things in this thread tbh.

The only thing stopping him from going straight back to 14BC the literal second he walks out of jail is the lack of means to get there

Does he even have access to his car anymore? There’s no way he’s walking back so unless they hand him his keys I think it’s safe to say he really doesn’t have the means to return.
