I think this is the most likely outcomeCalling it now. We have reached the end of Christory. Chris' case is sealed. We will never see another whisper of him from the courts.
He will silently get transferred into a tard house, and they will ban him from internet and outside letters.
Yeah, he wanted to live like a trophy-wife while being a fat retard. His sexual delusions were always strong, we just never thought they would get to the level of fucking his elderly mother.Chris just wanted a replacement mommy that he could fuck (FORESHADOWING). He included things like average to high income as well as a driver’s license as criteria for his Sweetheart-to-be. Someone to enable his “young at heart” lifestyle while granting him ample access to her China.
(speculation)So legally, what is the next step? A hearing to determine trial date? Or something that finally says what they are going to do with Him?
I have a feeling that you will get into trouble in California. Not in other states. So if you walk with your 8 years old daughter and chris tries to heal her and you punch him in the mouth will you get in trouble for excessive force against an autist?
Sysco food: I'm gonna have to disagree there. But then again, I eat that shit at least once a day, as we can't bring our own food to the facility.Sysco ingredients aren't bad. They're not great either, but they're decent enough. Inexpensive restaurants use them and properly prepared it's fine, even tasty in a comfort food sort of way.
The problem is the shit cooking of Sodexo/Aramark.
Nitpick, but I think in Virginia a conservator just controls your financial affairs, while a guardian gets to actually control you. The terms are different in some other states:
So if we hear that Chris has been assigned a conservator, the conservator can't make him *do* anything, Chris just loses control of his finances. Chris absolutely needs a conservator.
First off, you're doing God's work, because tard wrangling ain't easy.
Second, not to powerlevel you or anything, but I suspect you've had some specific tard wrangling training, because you seem to have worked at some of the more restrictive tard homes. They're not all as regimented as you describe, though I've also seen some that are a LOT worse. Three guesses which ones Chris would be sent to.
That was sorta my point, that neither what he or his parents say should be taken at face value. Wouldn't be surprised if he tried vocalizing during his "mute" years but the earliest recording of him at 11 has him speaking on the same level as my three year old.Do we even know if the no-talking bit is true at all? AFAIK the only source for that claim is Chris himself, Mr. Unreliable Narrator extraordinaire.
Speak for yourself, I said it years ago he gonna rape borbYeah, he wanted to live like a trophy-wife while being a fat retard. His sexual delusions were always strong, we just never thought they would get to the level of fucking his elderly mother.
there gonna let him goSo legally, what is the next step? A hearing to determine trial date? Or something that finally says what they are going to do with Him?
See, I know taking Chris at his word alone is a dumb move, but I was under the impression it was him trying to do the exorcism that was what led to him having to be restrained and ultimately kicked out of Western State on account of interfering with other patients?I wish people would stop pushing this. Chris didn't "perform an exorcism" at the hospital, he merely saw crazy or seizures in patients and thought those people were possessed by demons from what is written in the bible.
In my country, porn is banned in native land to prevent them from raping each other. I imagine porn is banned in tard group homes for similar reasons.Do you work in a super conservative Christian facility? How is restricting porn even legal?
A lot of autists have this, no trauma needed. I could have sworn Cole said something about it as well. The cwcki isn’t loading for me right now.Do we even know if the no-talking bit is true at all?
Based on an earlier letter, we surmised Chris threw a tantrum the day before he left the hospital when he found out he was going back to jail, and that’s why he was restrained and that’s why he looked so upset in the picture. We now know he thought he was going to a group home, but had to leave the hospital because they needed the bed. Presumably, they weren’t able to place him in a home.See, I know taking Chris at his word alone is a dumb move, but I was under the impression it was him trying to do the exorcism that was what led to him having to be restrained and ultimately kicked out of Western State on account of interfering with other patients?
Would it be legal for Chris’s mail to be withheld? It’s a pretty basic right.
Honestly, it depends on the facility. As you said, we have training to deal with that kind of stuff, but of course, we all have limits. Some facilities have isolation areas where those who misbehave are sent (picture a sterile room with very little in terms of decorations, furniture, and access to the outside world) to cool down, and where they can get one on one (or just more due to staffing shortages) attention. Depending on the facility as well, they could see about medicating him to an extent if he is a threat to himself or others. If they are deemed too dangerous in one of those facilities though, they usually just wind back up in a state institution like Western State.Quoting to ask a (slightly) related question. Thanks for offering your insight, by the way.
What happens if the facility determines that Chris is incompatible with their treatment options? What behaviors might lead to this?
Ex: Chris is physically abusive to a wrangler. I know that wranglers are trained to handle this and almost expect it, particularly with more difficult autism cases. However, if it happens consistently, can Chris be sent to a more secure facility? Back to jail? How many times would it have to happen, to your best estimate? What if he is abusive to other tards? What if the abuse is sexual? Etc.
Basically, what are the consequences Chris can reasonably face for tarding out too hard, and what are the limits that he can be reasonably expected to cross?
This is pretty much it. Granted as I have said in many of my posts, it depends on the facility though. They might vet his incoming and outgoing letters and determine if they will be detrimental to his recovery. They aren't going to want letters coming in and patting him on the back for being a brave goddess Jesus and furthering his delusions. Their job is to keep him placate and to be as little of a bother to the nurses and other residents.
Yes, it's a grave error of impunity to let Chris walk, yes it'll be letting a probable rapist off the hook, but it will also be very funny to see the reactions of everyone who thought that this would be the end of Chris. And remember, we don't come to Kiwifarms to see justice, we come here for the funny. Getting mad at Chris is a waste of time and effort, he's not worth your time or blood pressure.
I want to know the story.monitored outgoing mail (there's a story to why that happened)
Legally I cannot tell you more. Use your imagination, you can probably get close.I want to know the story.
The only thing stopping him from going straight back to 14BC the literal second he walks out of jail is the lack of means to get there
