I feel in hindsight it was a bad idea to swat Lucas since it gives him a new excuse to grift money because "muh tyrannical government attack innocent troon gib me money goyim" but at the same time his groomed low IQ orbiter fan base give him money without question anyway. Either way the catboy files will eventually see the light of day.

Devil's Advocate: The suckers that Keffals is grifting from might have accidently spent that money on something effective, such as a political candidates election fund, or a Tranny Story Hour for children, antifa bail fund, or any number of organizations seeking to move the needle on degeneracy in the West.

Instead that money has been given to Keffals who will waste it on their own selfish self indulgent degeneracy and accomplish nothing. This also increases donor fatigue among the degenerate base. Every time they give on some sob story, they are less & less likely to open their wallet for the next shake down.

These are stupid people who deserve to be fleeced, and the faster and more they are fleeced the better.

Adding on to that, those drug distribution DMs to minors probably contain "progress report" images that likely qualify as CP. At this point I think the real question we should be asking is what isn't incriminating on Lucas' phone and harddrive?

I kind of suspect this is whats going on too. My question to those in the know about Canadian law or whatever is what are the odds that the warrant is legit (for something like bathtub HRT despite being for something else) ? I guess my question is in Canadian law what are the statutes for only investigating one thing at a time? If they find something but its not at all what they were sent to look for can they just pivot from the swatting to the discovered new thing and not worry about it getting thrown out?

Obviously I am not a lawyer, I just figured it would be worth seeing if anyone knows the answer to this.

Yes

So long as the warrant was properly obtained with proper justification and the search done properly, anything else they find is admissible. Like if cops get a search warrant for drugs and find a knife with dried human blood all over it, and it's found in a place that would be a legit place to search for drugs (or in plain view), that knife is admissible evidence for whatever violent crime it may have been used to commit that got that blood all over it
