General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

and vshojo
The maglord would have been wasted in that shithole, he is to powerful for them

on the topic of chuubas and penishavers though as well It seems like someone finally popped the question to Kronii about Tempus.
One of the things that i like about Clock woman is how she literally cut any kind of ship by playing being a narcissist, even when people pair them with mumei is incredibly less autistic that Takamori ever was, using that she can weasel collabs with penis havers and just dance with it

And i also think Bae has showed that being close to penis havers will not kill you because the brats have not burned a church yet

Moona seems to be the most experienced, she has advanced to the second age while building her economy. She's close to Anya and Kaela's position
Reina has advanced to the second age as well, but her economy is struggling
Kaela is focusing on building her economy but hasn't advanced yet
Kobo fought with the control first, because of course she does
Surprisingly Anya's economy is lagging behind even Kobo or Reine (she did say she's still learning how to play the game)

It tickles me that there is a tournament called 'Red Bull Wololo: Legacy 2022 Age of Empires II' later this year...the first place prize is 200 grand.

All this AoE II gameplay brings me way back to my hardcore addiction days, when I saw little green health bars over everyone's heads irl. Fun times.

As someone that has followed the AOE 2 pro scene for a few years now, its funny that a 20 year old game is growing more and more in popularity, and the prizepools are quite a bit larger too.
When most other games now a days seems more like a flash in the pan, the classics still stands tall.

Clip tax:

Plenty of people actually applied for VShojo - heck I know of some indies who applied and were dejected when news broke out of KSon and NotRushia being hired.
I still find it crazy that Vshojo hired Kson and fucking Rushia before Snuffy.

Moona being the dominant force right now
Applies to any situation, really.

EDIT:
This is the same guy who did the Moona McGuyver video. He released a WIP before the final thing, so I'm hopeful he'll do the same with this one.

EDIT 2:
Has Snuffy even applied? Does she actually want to be an official part of the group? I used to watch her in 2021, and she never seemed to express any interest as far as I was aware.
Apparently not. Back when Vshojo announced the auditions, I remember thinking it was just an excuse to hire their friend Snuffy and maybe a couple of other orbiters. She collabed with them all the time back then; it seemed like she was an unofficial member. But I guess she's comfortable being an indie.

Shiina's PL and her struggles are pretty well documented in the thread. IMHO she is a pretty good come back story so far, I hope she's able to turn this chance with PC into something solid.
You see, there are so many of these people that until I find out something that makes me interested in them I don't really pay attention.

I remember way back when I was a kid instead of having a launcher like Battlenet they had a website you went to and it just had a bunch of lobbies you could join to find games. The problem was eventually the thing kept breaking because it would have to launch the game on your PC using the browser, which would cause it to not work if your PC blocked it for whatever reason, so half the time games would load with half the players or not at all.

Or you know, the fact that they hired JP talents while they have had their EN auditions open for almost a year now
Have a feeling that the JP branch is their first actual attempt in making a genuine talent company, instead of the EN just being an obvious clique. That's also probably why they didn't chose anyone for EN so far, they don't want new people potentially learning their skeletons in the closet

Actually, scratch that. VShojo doesn't do auditions, they do selective hirings
That whole 'audition arc' has been a massive L for that entire group. Not only did the Nux situation make every last one of them look petty, but then hiring Kson and notRushia made it seem like no one who applied even had a chance. If they actually are going to release a real vshojo gen2, then they need to start speeding up that process.

Pippa noticed @Azchan , and it's some good fan art

I'm not sure who Shiina is but sad girl and having to hide her power level does sound interesting. Maybe one day we can once again have an internet where people can say spicy things openly without having to use code speak.
Azchan is being noticed on the regular by pippa and other PC girls, maybe not on twitter but his comments are regularly read on stream.
I'm expecting a wrench by his name sometime soon (if he somehow can hide the fact he's active on the farms)

I did some reading on past pages a week or so ago, I might consolidate the info in a single post about shiina and what we know about her IRL and previous chuuba experience.

>actual attempt in making a genuine talent company instead of hiring people in their friend group
>hires 2 big name talents that came from Hololive, one of whom IS in their friend group, instead of any of the people that actually auditioned
:sighduck:
If this was their attempt, then they didn't do a good job

It's probably why they went with the vshitshow JP charade. This way - if the argument is ever raised in a way that threatens their credibility - they can claim it's completely different because it's a separate branch. It's working so far too.
EDIT: I found this.

Well he is a popular clipper and I have noticed him being read often, so hopefully he can avoid being thhrang'ed.

Well, I was referring to them hiring the former Niji higher up and that former idol...producer or something as their talent manager. But you're right as well

Usually those Discovers clips get posted on youtube after about a week or two. He did one of those react segments yesterday and from the first 4 clips, he had 3 of them with Tenma. Not Theo (her main clipper) has been getting a huge boost on views in the past month or two due to Tenma clips getting picked up by Nagzz and Koe. This is also the main reason why Tenma's subscription numbers went up drastically
Interesting, in either case I'm glad she is getting more exposure and has benefitted from it. As I've said before I kinda hold Tenma in similar regards as Ame, she's a hard worker who I hope is rewarded.

Would like to see Uruka get some more exposure too it's just hard to find genuinely good clips for her that aren't too long to make a good submission. She has so many derp moments that would make great content but I haven't noticed many dedicated clippers for her.

Uruka's kinda hard to get into especially since she's since double'd down on her cursed doodles
