I just don't see that many people actually wanting to visit the Tranch these days.
I don't see how anyone ever did. What is there to do? Do unpaid field work, not have reliable power so a man child can lose at overwatch, and watch cute animals die of neglect? Legitimately surprising they had serfs for as long as they did.

There was free weed involved. Wasn’t the complaint about one of the female serfs that she was burning through 2k worth per week? I don’t know if that’s even possible tbf but presumably that’s where a good chunk of the original 100k grift money went. Those were the days!

Today on the Tranch, the bathroom gets demolished. Naturally, they ask for help to get it fixed as quickly as possible because having a broken bathroom is not good for the guests they plan on having. [A] (i don’t know why the link isn’t archiving right smh)

Also, they made a new GoFundMe just for that.

EIGHT THOUSAND quid? That's roughly the current value of the whole ranch + livestock.

And oh,something about drywall experts having a flooding accident

I wonder if the "We're about to be swatted and we also need $8000" vibe is coming from Ma Boner wanting her property back.

A major water leak is going to depreciate the property value quickly.

Tranch lore question: Who lives in the dome these days? And who lives downstairs? Whose bathroom just got flooded?

Tranch lore question: Who lives in the dome these days? And who lives downstairs?
Since there's only four loony troons left on the Tranch three of whom share a single bed, it's safe to guess Fedposter J lives downstairs.
Whose bathroom just got flooded?
Jen's dining room got flooded. Okay, jokes aside IIRC they have a single bathroom.

Would something like this not be covered under home insurance? idk about Colorado, but banks usually require insurance to even get a mortgage. To me, it looks like they're acting like the GFM is going to pay for the repairs, when really, the insurance will pay and they'll pocket the GFM money.

Tranch lore question: Who lives in the dome these days?
I started to list but now I'm not even sure who all is on the ranch period.

Sky left right? He was moving and that's when his dog died "doing what it loved most" aka getting thrown out a car window and fucking dying.

Iirc Fedposter Jarrod is in now Bonnie and Sky's old room and doing "projects" in his trailer.

The Aidens bailed. I think Windy or Wendy or whatever did too, he was vagueposting about needing to travel there to get his stuff back.

There is one whole room being used as a makeshift closet/junk room. Then Kevin, Phil, and Loathesome Dung Eater in one room.

Kevin's new 🥵heckin cutie crush🥵, Thea?, seems like a transient. No clue if he's an outdoor serf or indoor concubine.

They've gotten a few donations for their bathroom GFM. Someone even dropped $500 on it. 🙄

I recognize that name - Petrov Neutrino. He also donated to the Katrina Mora GFM. Not sure if he's donated to any of their older ones.
mora gfm.PNG
I remember thinking at the time that it was a fake/alt account used by the Tranchers to plant "seed money", but apparently that isn't the case. Petrov Neutrino has an Internet presence on Twitter and a few other sites.

He describes himself as:
he/him, ace/aro, mid 50s, ( artist foodie furry gamer geek musician writer ) adjacent, retired telecom. You are in a maze of twisty little passages, all alike.

asocial hermit
A brief scroll through some of his tweets didn't turn up anything too interesting. He's some kind of retired engineer or computer scientist who retweets furry content and acts as a generous patron for trans/furry projects.

Again, not really interesting. I'm mainly just posting this to document that he's a real person, not a Trancher alt.

In my experience, homeowner’s didn’t cover water damage caused by a pipe. Even if they have to hire a plumber to fix the pipes, someone with 20 years of contracting experience should be able repair the water damage. It wouldn’t be this expensive.

The property belongs to Paul’s mom though. Usually it’s the landlord/property owner coordinating repairs, not the tenant. Grifters gonna grift though.

The stains on the ceiling and state of the wooden floor look like the leak wasn’t sudden. More like it’s been leaking for a while and they’ve been trying to ignore it, until the ceiling caved in. Never waste an opportunity to start a new Go Grift Me.

Best get some use out of those expensive tools, eh Penny? Put that 20 years of experience fixing houses to good use.

Interesting that Phil is using this photo:

to show the supposed damage from the "pipe burst". This is a photo of an area that hasn't been properly maintained. It's taken years for the varnish to be worn off those surfaces (being next to a window, part of it is probably from UV damage). The wood is weathered because the tranchers don't bother with upkeep (imagine that, they're too busy hanging tranny flags and guns on the walls instead of pleb homeowner responsibilities), not because of this "emergency".

This is the saddest attempt at selling a crisis since, ummm, monkeypox.
I came in here to post this. Spot on. The damage to the parquet flooring and especially the mildew staining took a long time to show up. The staining on the drop ceiling tile also looks like it's been there for a while. Water coming in all at once over a single day doesn't look like that. They've known about a leak for an extended period of time and decided to ignore it until it became a crisis. Leaks in housing units are never something that you can blow off.

This sure does instill some confidence about their contractor business. A bunch of grown ass men in this house and none of them can fix a fucking leaking pipe. Amazing.

A leaking PVC pipe on the other side of a drop ceiling, no less.

A chick with zero plumbing experience could figure that shit out. A reasonably bright blue-collar child could figure that shit out.

And $8k to fix? Maybe a few hundred dollars for plumbing supplies and replacement ceiling tiles at the very most, so I guess the rest would be the cost of Phil & Jared's high-quality labor. Huh, I guess they figured out a way to make their contractor business profitable after all: have GoFundMe suckers pay them a boutique hourly wage to repair something they should have fixed before it got to this point.

Nice work if you can get it!

Also, we know that Jen The Shiteater likes to paint action figures and whatnot, so how about putting him to work stripping, sanding and re-varnishing the parquet? Or would that cut into precious time he'd rather spend eating poo and screaming "pedo!" at people on the internet? Rhetorical question, obv.

Oh, man, it has to be killing them that they can't play the "landlords are scum" card without destroying the romantic myth of the self-sufficient, privately-owned Tenacious Unicorn Ranch.

I really would like to know Paul's mother's side of all of this. Owning a big potential money-suck like this, across the country, never seen but occupied by loose cannons who now apparently aren't even friends with your son (who hates you). Wonder what it might take for her to stir in her slumber and call an end to the arrangement.

I'd guess $10 for a bit of plastic pipe and a couple of speedfit connectors, and $10 a piece for new ceiling tiles. Anything else comes down to regular maintenance which is what they should be spending their summer evenings doing right now. But we know that rather than paint their outside staircase and replace the rotten bits they bought some cheap shitty totally unsuitable metal thing. The rest of their 'balcony' looks just as desperately in need of a bit of care, and I suspect that the outside of their wooden house could do with a protective coat of some sort.

But these are the dudes who drywalled a room with a big hole in the middle of the floor and were shocked to fall through said hole.

If it keeps him out of her home, it might be worth any price.

The bathroom GFM tweet is now pinned. [It wasn't yesterday.] I guess that means they've given up on the Katrina Mora GFM, with its grand total of three donations.

So much for being self-sufficient... I swear they've done like 10 gofundme campaigns so far.

They've been working on this house for at least two months now (see: this video posted on June 6th), so I hope that they're being well-compensated for it.
3.PNG

I've started wondering about how much work they actually get. They're not shy about posting pictures of their work, but I think I've only seen this house and the other one (where Penny put a hole through the floor)? Have there been others? 🤔

Penny's mad that a nearby school board decided to defer on trans lunacy (for now...)

The article, and the proposed policy. Reading about this stuff makes me mad. The woke people pushing for it always phrase it as "keeping trans kids safe" or (from the article) "making sure that every student feels warm, welcome, and safe at school". But then you read the proposed policy, and it's about how students should be allowed to use whatever bathrooms they want, boys can participate in girls' sports and even room with the girls on overnight trips, teachers must refer to students by their preferred names & genders, etc... And all of this simply based on self-ID.
:lunacy:

The hoary old Noble Savage trope gets a pass from the woke as long as it's coming from the mouth of a True and Honest Anarchist Woman, apparently.

No, fuck you! At this point in the game, there better be some god-damned Tammy Faye Baker mascara tears streaking down those feminine cheeks while you’re begging for my money, homeboy. You look like you’re disappointed that Chipotle ran out of your favorite hot sauce, not like you need a new bathroom.
It’s time to put your back into this sympathy game, bro. You gotta fucking want it!!

I suspect that Bonnie is the defacto showrunner for the house, and the current arrangement is "you pay rent, don't burn down the house, and are responsible for repairs and I won't kick you out".

If the above is true, then the current Tranch tenants are facing adversity for the first time in their life because they are too prideful to admit the concept failed. And our Peruvian friend is reaping the benefits of his negotiating power. Unfortunately, the property will almost certainly never be profitable in any aspect and I'm getting a pyhric victory vibe.

This is also assuming that Paul probably bullied his mom into oblivion and Sky is just a gay man who is a lover, not a fighter and misses his husbando.

Do I spy a suppressed SBR with my little eye? Wonder if he paid those NFA tax stamps or went all ACAB ACAB about that too.
Disclaimer: fuck the NFA but their retarded rules should be enforced equally.

That doesn't sound very anarchistic to me. Sounds more like a black/brown flavour of ethnofascism with a generous dollop of nondescript spiritualism DUDE WEED LMAO.
