I wonder though.
What's in it with a lot of trannies that they suck as literally anything?
In addition to practice, there's a few other factors at play.
Depression and mental health is a bitch. Tbere's a lot of turmoil that goes into being trans, from anxiety about passing, to being depressed at not getting a girl or not being one, to interpersonal drama between family and queer friend groups with mentally unstable people. Dealing with all that can make anyone exhausted or not even bother.
Another thing is that there are more untalented people than there are talented people trooning out: most talented people don't spend all their time online playing video games and chatting with friends all day. They'll work dead end jobs but for people with goals in life and the drive to change they end up getting new ones through connections and skill. Trooning attracts people who don't have an identiy, are in the mist of transitioning to a new phase in their life (mid life crisis, graduating school, other popular cult times), and or are generally susceptible to following the leader. It gives them goals when they had none, as well as an identity. When the whole process of trooning stops, you see people go back to being depressed even if they had no complications because, shit, they got all the holes and surgeries, what do they do now? What if you still don't feel like a man/womam/other? Having actual goals for yourself whether it's career or family wise helps alleviate this, but like the Final Troondown said, the online culture rewards activism, memes, and other small hits of dopamine over the gradual one of longterm goals (this is common in younger people and people who are slower developmentally, see troons).
There are trans people who go out and actually do stuff with their lives, like Wendy Carlos. We don't cover those people here to say the least.
