"One year? But yea that kind of went down the drain". She just had her anniversary last month. That means she pretty much instantaneously wanted a redesign, damn. Feels kind of unheard of. Flare had to wait 2,5 years for hers and I feel like that one was a lot more warranted (even though Naname has become a much better rigger since). IRyS looks fine to me personally outside of the art not really fitting with the general Hololive aesthetic, but she's not really the only one. Roboco sticks out like a soar thumb even though I like her design.

Well the fact Outfits are basically locked behind this "redesign" sounds more and more like it's not necessarily what she wanted but more the hand she was dealt as she isn't getting any other outfits if she sticks with what she has.

I know there is tons of rrats about Redjuice and we can only go by speculation but it really does sound like he's just too busy and his model is too difficult to rig so this was really her only option to get more outfits.

Marine will be having a sponsored VR meet and greet thingy through VirtualCast, a Japan-based metaverse totally-not-VRchat thingy. From her own words she had no input in any decisions made here. There's even a digital shop thing for avatars for Metaverse. As a fan I hope things go well but damn I really do not like how this is going because this smells like NFT bullshit. Hopefully this ends quietly without any complications and I can just ignore it.

On lighter news tomorrow she will be playing the game she made in high school for her 3rd Anniversary. It's going to be a preview for the upcoming voice actor audition she's planning for it. She also talked a bit about collabing with Nijis again after a long time of not doing so. (She's talking to a lot of them in private)

Apparently not. Back when Vshojo announced the auditions, I remember thinking it was just an excuse to hire their friend Snuffy and maybe a couple of other orbiters. She collabed with them all the time back then; it seemed like she was an unofficial member. But I guess she's comfortable being an indie.

Back then, if you were already an orbiter there was nothing Vshojo offered that you didn't have access to already. She may be an "indie" as far as vtubing goes, but I doubt she is not part of a talent agency that takes care of her sponsors and merch shit.

We as a society have always been blessed by the female anatomy for ages now. It’s no question that a strong debate of whether the upper region is much superior compared to the lower and anything in between. Though I am a person that enjoys all aspects equally with full admiration and respect, I must say that after years in this field I have come to the conclusion that the Glandular organ is much more superior than that of the Gluteal. In this short essay I will give a consecutive yet detailed statement of my reasoning to my statement.

Firstly, I would like to introduce you to my strongest statement.
Listen here. Boobs have always been AND WILL ALWAYS BE superior. Why you ask? Well. To explain it in terms that you would understand; boobs are made to be THE sacred paring of ANY bodily combinations. Does it go well with the belly? Yes. Does it go well with armpits? Yes. Does it go well with the upper chests? Absolutely. Not only are they great on their own, they manage to SOMEHOW blend in with EVERY SINGLE PART of the body so beautifully that its unfathomable to think that they don't rain superior. (Almost baffling that some people cannot appreciate the beauty of a side boob. UTTER insanity.) Cleavage, side boobs, underboobs; terms that DOES NOT EXIST with ass.
Underass? Side ass? Ass CRACK? How abstruse.

Secondly, the breasts are JUST, if not BETTER, visually to the rear end. Yes, they both have a striking similarity on the surface HOWEVER boobs possess one KEY FEATURE that the ass does not; the nipplets. Yes. They are just as thick, just as ravishing and just as confounding as the ass, but ass are just nipple-less boobs and no matter how much you toss and turn in your bed trying to deny this, it's a FACT and you need to DEAL WITH IT.

Thirdly, the boobs DO NOT shit. Ass = Shits = Gross = YOU are Gross. I will agree that getting sat on has its appeal HOWEVER that sensation can be EASILY replicated with boobs as well thus this point just proves how MUCH MORE VERSATILE and MAGNIFICENT the breasts can be compared to the ass.

For my closing point, I will acknowledge that, despite the boobs being unable to provide any comfort for the user whilst sitting down, it does not matter as it provides THE MOST IMPORTANT PURPOSE.
We as humans cannot live without a heart and as an educated, well-mannered, RESPECTABLE person like me, I do NOT see women for their physique, but for their PERSONALITY and WHAT THEY HAVE inside their heart. BOOBS provide a comfortable, secure and prepossessing layer of extra protection to this vital organ that the ass can never replicate.

She was saying, "Can it be ready by my 'one year' (anniversary)", not "I asked immediately and they said this project would take 'one year'". There's no indication on the timeline of when she asked for changes in that statement besides 'before the anniversary'. I think she also mumbled 'new year?', so that encompasses the whole kimono thing, and she was hoping that it would be done by then. The more I talk the more I convince myself that maybe it was actually from the start...but I'll just say sometime in between creation and New Years is when we know this project started.

There are things she's been complaining about for a while, like that she wants to be able to take off the horns, that's probably something that she's been asking about since before debut.

It would be hilarious if everyone is so used to this model that we are completely underwhelmed by the new one.

I've said before; her 'unique' look is why I even gave her/vtubing a chance in the first place. So I am both apprehensive and interested to see what this is, but I probably will just fanboy and trick myself into liking whatever it is, even if I don't actually like it.

Edit: I think Magni should probably take more than just a day to rest his voice. It's basically a choice of; 1. pander to youtubes algorithm and force yourself to continue the schedule while potentially ruining your voice and career and making your actual life more difficult, or 2. Take the hit on search algorithms and make sure you heal up properly.

That said, I think he should make a soundboard of his own voice to interact with people for collabs, and maybe throw in a couple lines from the others guys to try confusing people. Like imagine Altare saying something and Vesper just suddenly yelling at him, "You fool!", but it's just Magni's soundboard. That could be very on-brand and troll-y.

Have a feeling that the JP branch is their first actual attempt in making a genuine talent company, instead of the EN just being an obvious clique. That's also probably why they didn't chose anyone for EN so far, they don't want new people potentially learning their skeletons in the closet

Having 2 ex Holos help with the reps in nipponland the problem is that they keep hiring people between their circles so the auditions feel like afterthought, would not be surprised if Vshoujo jp get full of ex nijis/holos at this rate

I did some reading on past pages a week or so ago, I might consolidate the info in a single post about shiina and what we know about her IRL and previous chuuba experience.

giving my two cents here:

I always see Vshojo as those twitch streamer group (OfflineTV or OTK) kind of thing where they live and stream together, and most of the time the people that are able to join those streamer group have to be well established or nepotism hire.

Kudos for Hololive for being able to find hidden gems all around, there must be some kind of secret sauce or psychological screening in their interview when auditioning new talents.
