Aug 9 2022 - Continuance on Grand Jury, defense filed motion for autism disorder deferred disposition

Do you guys think Heilberg could have gotten Elliot Rodger or Randy Stair lenient treatment? Elliot at least was formally diagnosed with autism and Randy probably had some kind of major depressive disorder plus some potential gender dysphoria (though more honestly he was some otherkin shit).

How do you get lenient treatment for someone who an hero'd? That's kind of beyond the abilities of any attorney.

You are more of an expert than I am but don't a lot of places use a rolling list of defense attorneys instead of having a Public Defenders office? Is it possible he was just assigned to Chris by a luck of the draw?

I can't legally call myself an expert on this matter, I'd get in trouble and it would hurt me in my career. Please bear that in mind.

But yes, he could have just been the next name on the list -- I'm just speculating that the judge might have intentionally picked his name from the list, or there might have been a separate list for serious cases.

We have no way of knowing for sure, since nobody who was at that particular hearing gave a detailed description of that part of the process. I think all we have to go on is the one reporter's account.

And he's gone above and beyond that at even the preliminary stage. My reasoning may be entirely inferential, but he seems to be personally invested in the case on some moral level, because this isn't just going through the motions.

Contrary to Chris's whining, this guy does have his interests at heart.
I can understand how some middle aged lawyer who had never heard of Chris might be initially sympathetic to him due to the tism and the trolling and all that, but it's only a matter of time before Chris makes it clear that he's an ungrateful motherfucker and turns on Heilberg for some petty reason. Maybe he will chimp out and call Heilberg a toxic hater once he finds out that Heilberg's strategy is to basically label Chris a delusional autist manchild.

Big ups on getting it sealed simply to keep the public out. Yeah, deprives us of knowing the full story but at the same time, it gives Chris the judgement he deserves. In a locked room where his only allies are his appointed legal team that's trying to keep his ass out of prison (which to Chris obviously does not translate to 'best interests' since Chris remains convinced he should be allowed to walk free an innocent man).
Watch a lot of Rekieta Law videos he always breaks this down, and you're right, the law can come down hard on people so we have amendments (8th, 5th, and 4th). Its great that these things come into play and protect people from the government no matter how heinous their alleged crimes may be. The standard for criminality isn't accusation, it's intent, and reasoning to see if you made a decision any sane-minded person would make in your situation. They have the right to face their accusers in a court of law and they have many constitutional protections that allow for them to be protected even while incarcerated. It's a great system.

It's just really fucking funny how the law ONLY seems to work for vile pieces of human garbage like Chris, or DSP, or Monica Rial - but then take somebody in Virginia like James Fields Jr. James was at a rally, got mobbed by violent rioters and did what any sane person would do, he hit the gas to plow through the mob of people trying to kill him and he ate a sentence of 7 lifetimes in jail because one fat slut died. Wheres his 8th amendment rights? I'm not fond of the guy's alleged beliefs from what I know about him but I respect that were I in his situation I'd do the same. How come courts only seem to give a fuck about due process when a person has 15 gay ass titles to their name?

Joe Schmoe? Nahh fuck him - he deserves whatever he gets.

Joan Schmoan: Demisexual transgender Xey/Xir of color 1/54th Karaoke First Nations? We the people and the court of law must hold ourselves to the highest standard; and see to it that no untoward state action shall be inflicted against this put-upon citizen.

Wake me up when we find Chris. If he's out on his Autism card, I shall kneel.

So what the hell's going on at this point? I've lost track of where the case stands.

The last time I checked women don't rape their mothers.
To be fair, there probably have been a few women who did something horrific like that. I've seen horrorcows do unthinkable shit, never underestimate the depths of human depravity, even if it's a woman. For example, many of the baby monkey zoosadists that were doxed have been middle-aged women, mothers, aunts and grandmothers.

This is the case that never ends

It just goes on and on, my friends

The Snyder case lasted 678 days. We're still nowhere close to that. Mostly because Chris was an asshole and didn't want to plead guilty, and wasn't in jail so had no reminder of how fucked he could be.

The only question is how big of a dipshit is Chris being in his current case?

In some plases the legal definition of rape is penis in orifice and other sex acts don't count.

That's why I said "could have". Because they're dead. I'm imagining a scenario where they were apprehended after doing what they did.

monitored outgoing mail (there's a story to why that happened)
So what's the story there?

So Chris could be locked up for many months more. Maybe even a year or more.

And if CWC gets out someday, and then arrested for another thing, it's best to expect the case to drag on for who knows how long.

Yeah, that's why I said something like that, in case the laws of where it happened legally requires a penis for it to count as rape. If alternate reality female Chris was fisting that Barbussy instead it wouldn't make it any better just because there was no peen involved.

Went to the door with a pizza and in a delivery uniform, full vid is over 3 min long. No one answered, but I got the sense someone was in there based on the dogs barking patterns. After I got back in my car a black van pulled up and a man in business casual got out of the van, I jumped out to speak to him but I didn't have time to set up my camera. I asked if a Barb lived here, he said not for a long time. He was very dismissive, like he knew about the history of the house and prank pizza calls. After I left he stepped into the house. I guess barb has a caregiver of some sort.
And here I thought the last remaining beagle was still staying with someone. Like Chris, they couldn't tame the beast, so it had to be brought back.

Elliot Rodger would be fucked. There was no question of what crime he committed. His autism might save him from life without parole and the death penalty (even though it's on moratorium in California, the sentence is still handed down), but he'd still effectively spend life in prison due to sentence enhancements. Firearm enhancement, firearm from vehicle, hate crime, etc. The enhancements alone would be 23 years consecutive as a likely minimum, up to an additional consecutive life sentence.

The Santa Barbara County District Attorney at the time, Joyce Dudley, made part of her platform harsher prosecution against crimes against women.

No attorney could save him.

Without his manifesto he might have had a chance of getting out someday, but because of his uploaded screed against women he would be zapped to the extreme (even though he killed twice as many men as women).

He is essentially impervious to any form of punishment or consequence. Unfortunately, this is also why he will never be more than what he is and always has been, he has no reason to change or grow.
That's pretty scary. Even if there's a nuclear holocaust, Chris would still play in a room with whatever he can find. What an existence: it's like an episode of the Twilight Zone, but with no moral sting at the end, it just keeps going.

All Chris can do now is hold out hope that he'll return to the temple, but that's not going to happen. Hopefully Chris can receive some consequence.

I know it's different crime, different circumstances, etc. but I am dumbfounded how this country will release people charged with robbery and illegal weapons possession on recognizance tickets as they await trial but they keep tards like Chris locked up indefinitely before even being sentenced.

Why are you fucking knocking on Barbs door?
She might be a piece of shit but shes an old woman who got raped by her insane son, leave her the fuck alone.
And then you come here looking for clout?
You're not gonna get your dick sucked for a shakey video of a door.
Nice face dox you caught of yourself in the glass door by the way.
Do you fucking attention seekers ever learn?

That said , those dogs are something else.
No wonder no one heard the screams when Chris started in on the Barbussy.

Just one dog. The other dog died a couple years ago. And the dogs sounds could be edited in. No one came to the door in the video, so this could just be a ruse.

Translation: Fuck off, weens.
And reading it, you think what the fuck is he even saying? But then you realize somehow this son of a bitch managed to derail grand jury proceedings with this nonsense.

That does not happen. Nobody even thought of predicting that Heilberg would just somehow tell a grand jury to go fuck itself and make it stick, because that doesn't happen.
But yes, he could have just been the next name on the list -- I'm just speculating that the judge might have intentionally picked his name from the list, or there might have been a separate list for serious cases.
I have been and remain in complete agreement on this. Choosing this specific guy to defend this specific case was no accident. For a rural jurisdiction, Greene County has been remarkably astute in ensuring that the county retard got the best possible representation. If he goes down, it will not be from ineffective assistance of counsel.
