i have been saying that for years ! i still say hes not autistic, i still really think he was mis DX'd b because there are conditions that mimic autistic traits and autism.... and being mentally ill with co-occurring issues can easily be mis DX'd... but hes more in line with , delusional thinking,, yes some minor delays and learning disabilities, but major narcissistic and avoidant personality disorders, he is textbook kruger dinning effect syndrome, and very likely to be schizophrenic or at least schitzo-effective, or somewhere similar to that... add on top of any so called conditions, his environment, the isolation and his parents feeding into the delusions and such, his parents also doing things like paying and bribing teachers, community members ect to befriend chris, pass him, go along with him, and such, did nothing but create, add to and feed his delusions .

I don't think he's tism is as severe as most think, it's just hard to overcome by his massive ego though.
His disillusions are not just out of no where and just believes them, he wants others to play in them as well. And if there's a better disillusion he likes, he take it.
At the current one of being Jesus is the best one for him because it serves him a reason why people need to listen to him using the influence of religion and his make believe disillusions. Also that he's Jesus, he can do whatever he wants because of god. Not to mention the feeling of superiority that he loves.

It's funny - I saw the O.J. documentary, Made in America, and it has an old black woman being interviewed. In hindsight, she knew O.J. was guilty, but her verdict of not guilty was 'retribution' for what happened to Rodney King. Either the prosecution was fooled into letting that many black women on the jury, or they really thought "these jurors can make a just and fair verdict." I've been on jury selections, and I can tell you, the prosecution and the defense go back and forth eliminating people from the jury pool. The one thing they want from a juror is "can you serve objectively?"

If this goes to full trial, I doubt Heilberg can convince any jury the same way Cochran had. At least O.J. Didn't write letters pretending to be Jesus.

And for those of you who refuse to understand, he doesn't have to like his client. He cannot change the quality of his services based in how much he likes a client or how much he is paid. He does have to do his best for his client. Usually that means getting as little punishment as legally possible (exhausting all avenues). In this case it may also mean a more wholistic solution for Chris that minimizes standard punishment and addresses certain other factors.

This, honestly. Like, a doctor is not morally or legally allowed to do a half-assed job healing a patient just because they don't like him. Lawyers are the same.
Yes there are shitty doctors and shitty lawyers that go out of their way to be assholes or just lazy, but in general, the majority of them are just trying to do their job well.

I know that. The last time Chris was called a tard in court, it was for a hit and run case, with Chris getting a misdemeanor because the guy (Snyder) whom he tried running over felt sorry for him, and Chris still kept on being Chris. This time, I'm hoping for an outcome where Chris 'tism card doesn't get him off (at least completely). I just want to see a new saga where Chris either lives somewhere else other than 14 BLC, or gets a sidekick (court appointed wrangler). To watch over him, and see if Chris tards out.

But he does need supervision - someone to keep an eye on him, discipline him and show him how to function in society.

That was the job of his parents, which they failed spectacularly. The justice system and local/state government are Chris' parents now.

He got sent to one already - Western State hospital.

He got kicked out because he was so much trouble and moreover they needed his bed for somebody who was also mentally unwell but also was willing to cooperate with staff.

While it is true that Chris needs 24/7 handling because he just has a talent for constantly making bad decisions, he's a borderline case where he's just not dangerous enough to warrant throwing him into a cell and subsequently forgetting where the key is. It would require an involuntary hold sentencing him to permanent psychiatric care and Chris continually demonstrates enough borderline sanity that he'd never get an insanity plea to work. His future truly is only either prison once he pisses the law off enough times, or the crazy homeless guy on the street once 14BC ultimately gets repossessed by the bank.

Western Hospital doesn’t seem like what I’m talking about. Psych hospitals might have a ‘long-term’ locked ward, but in my area at least, are not meant to house residents for any real amount of time. I think Chris was sent there for evaluation. I’m talking something along the lines of Virginia's Hiram W Davis Medical Center. It’s Ye Olde Assylum, but for the modern age. The equivalent in my area is not just a building, It’s a whole campus designed to humanely house those that cannot function in society, even in a group home. You don’t have to be violent to get a room - there are different wards with different levels of care. It’s not a “throwing him into a cell and subsequently forgetting where the key is” situation.

But it’s very difficult to get into. Beds are limited and have huge waiting lists. Tards who land themselves in jail and prove themselves exceptional tards often leapfrog to the front of the line, which made me think of Chris. These places do not throw people out for bad behavior - they are the end of the line.

Obviously, plenty of tards with criminal histories slip though the cracks and end up on the streets instead of these facilities, so I’m not sure if it’s in the cards for Chris. I was just wondering if this could explain the year-long stalling, followed by the recent radio silence: if he’s been shuttled off to a facility like this, there is absolutely no internet access, and no online posting of records.

He has, but now he's in big boy court where he can get far longer - but most people have realised he's adapted quickly to Jail and apart from a few incidents like the chair event he had in the mental ward he's seemed to have almost enjoyed it, but people want more is for him to face a serious consequence for once especially given the circumstances.

So far he's been handled far to lightly by any system he has encountered in his life, parents, school systems, adult education systems, the legal systems and the care systems and he's gotten off rather free and easy so far in his life this has played a massive part in his pretentions towards being a God. He has never once faced anything he couldnt either find a excuse for himself to write the other side off as being wrong and mean to him, or give him slightly less toy money for a few weeks via a fine.

He needs to finally have a situation where he is told he's wrong and enforced by a long period telling him that he is wrong and that there will be enforced changes going forward that he can't try and game his way out of, in short - Just fucking try the odd deranged git getting locked up for a few years without any of his creature comforts and let him feel a true punishment for once.

Imma call bullshit, there is no way a lawyer would respond to any inquisition like that, and his wording sounds like a ween trying to talk like a lawyer. The real lawyer would be quick, concise and dismissive in his response.

That would be the best place for Chris, but the odds of him being sent there are minimal. Its not that Chris can not function in society whatsoever because of his autism, it's that he actively chooses to not function in society. He'd rather be a non-functional piece of shit calling himself god than actually follow the rules he's clearly aware of.

And looking at the case, it does indeed seem to be sealed, there are no updates on the case and the details have been erased.
