As we've seen, he can't do basic math when it comes to tips and that's when HE'S getting money.. can't imagine he'd be any better if it was someone elses. I'm currently sticking out an IT position with a shitty startup in the financial sector for as long as I can while I do as little work possible (channeling DSP myself here) before I bail and find something better and the idea of DSP even having to work with others on projects and deal with the flood of emails and other communications I get every day is laughable.

I imagine a lot of Phil's retarded behavior was what he did in the privacy of his own home (unless I am shown something different) and it just went unchecked as he became a "content creator".

Half of my family (grandfather, father, 2 uncles, 1 aunt, 1 cousin) worked at his old job. Every one of them except my father either retired or still works there. My Grandfather worked there for over 50 years. Besides my GF and father, they are all dumb as shit. Some had office jobs, some had blue collar type jobs, none ever had any issue. They had/have insane pension plans.
