I think it was based around a true event, but it went down quite differently. Bob probably handed Chris some change and told him to use it to by some sweets for himself and his gal-pal. Or maybe the ice cream truck pulled up outside. Chris being Chris probably just handed the money over like a simp instead, hence the story was born.

That's part of my reasoning for not caring about most of this shit. I don't see Chris being at especially high risk of sexual reoffence. He'll be a public menace for probably his entire life, but in terms of felony-level behavior I doubt it. He's too much of a coward and his behavior is mostly reactionary.

As for the second point, the issue is that Barb would almost definitely let him in if she was there. He's a part of the hoard, if she has to choose between the rest of it and him she'll choose the rest of it, but she almost certainly wants to return to the status quo as much as Chris does.

That's going to be the real problem, is that it won't just be Chris trying to violate the order that he needs to stay away from Barb.

Yes, Chris is insanely hedonistic, and there's not a god damned thing on this earth that will not change that.
