I don’t think they’re trying to let him go entirely free as much as they want to figure out exactly what kind of tard housing they’re putting him in. That's part of my reasoning for not caring about most of this shit. I don't see Chris being at especially high risk of sexual reoffence. He'll be a public menace for probably his entire life, but in terms of felony-level behavior I doubt it. He's too much of a coward and his behavior is mostly reactionary.

As for the second point, the issue is that Barb would almost definitely let him in if she was there. He's a part of the hoard, if she has to choose between the rest of it and him she'll choose the rest of it, but she almost certainly wants to return to the status quo as much as Chris does.

That's going to be the real problem, is that it won't just be Chris trying to violate the order that he needs to stay away from Barb.

If Barb cares at all about Chris being there I'd guess it's a matter of 1) having literally any humans around for company and 2) having the extra income from his SSDI. That being said I don't think she'd take any steps to try to entice or coerce Chris to try to come back.

I'd still really love to hear directly from her what the story with the sexual abuse is/was. It'll never happen of course, but I'm curious. That said, I have no idea as to what Barb's view on all of this is, none of us know. She still seemed pretty affectionate with him in the later videos where she appeared, but I think that was before the incest started. She may very well want nothing to do with him, especially after spending time with her sister.
