1) Kelly could have gotten away with streaming if she didn't name her account after Richard's (I don't buy his claim that Twitch auto flagged their IP Address it was obvious she got reported over this.)

2) Bragging about the strikes will not help his case, because he has no restraint and his constantly bragging about striking them to protect his livelihood was not going to end well. He picked a fight and immediately walked back being the provoker after threatening them in their stream chat.

Finally,
3) Anyone know if the lawsuit/cease and desist materialized? I know Wings will avoid hiring an attorney for as long as possible since

From what I gathered from the fat man during either the twitter or the first Facebook stream is he said him and realtawk came to an agreement to stop striking each other.

Whether this is true or not we won't know until it happens again, Richard lies a lot so its hard to say. If this agreement is true though, I doubt it's going to take long for Richard to go back on his deal when they restream him again, and he isn't getting the money or the views they are. Or he will say "I didn't do it someone else did".

Real Tawk have said that they've officially got the cease and desist letter done and it will be sent Monday. To be honest though, I'd take this with a pinch of salt. They could just be saying this to not look like pussies Infront of the troll community.

Imo, we haven't had a true sequel. There's been plenty of disaster streams that have come close but I don't think we've ever seen the same energy captured twice. Right now, imo, is the first time since the original were we have all the necessary pieces like the first rock bottom ( possible de-platforming, severely overweight, possibility of having to leave e-fame behind).

The only thing stopping a true 2.0 is he isn't completely broke and he still has Kelly to lean on financially and emotionally. The second Kelly questions if this relationship with Wings is still worth it when he's completely deadweight as a partner then this arc will hit it's absolute peak.
