There is no way Phil is using any recreational drugs of any kind. His only drug related stories are him going to a Dave Matthews Band concert and apparently getting high from being near someone smoking weed and then the 100% true and honest story where he basically recited a South Park episode about how he shat himself and vomited.
If Phil had even given cocaine a cursory glance from across the room at a party we'd be hearing stories about how him and his high school friend Manny set up a distribution ring in Miami and watched their friend get chainsawed to death in a bathroom by a rival Columbian gang.
His cognitive decline is merely the biproduct of having the brain of a Koala bear and his mom drinking heavily whilst pregnant. And you've seen the state of the games consoles in the shitheap hovel he calls an office - there's two inches of dust on every surface and the fucker only ventures out into the outside world to power waddle to his letter box or buy booze.

So did they ever make cards based on unmarketable, unlikable bums like Dakota Kai, Chiampa, and Johnny Gargano? Maybe it's me, but I noticed a lot of cards are from older wrestlers or main roster guys that still sell merchandise like New Day.

If he were using cards (whether in Kat's name or his own) we'd be seeing spikes in his Champions roster/rank that did not line up with big in-game events or begging sessions, but that's not what we're seeing - if he has a good stream he'll whale right after, if he whales on a night he didn't have a good stream, it's quickly followed by a begathon for mysterious and unexpected bills. If the two most likely explanations are "Phil has access to credit but is wisely not using it" and "Phil and Kat are too radioactive for banks to touch" I know what I'm betting on.
Edit: Personally I'm open to the idea that Kat really does have debt from her time in Michigan - based on what "Subaru Man" told us and the Kiwi who found her resume claims she's probably been working in minimum-wage or near-minimum wage jobs, not always full time, her whole adult life. Depending on how dysfunctional she was she may have been unemployed for long-ish periods as well. It wouldn't take much (needing to move in a hurry, ER visit, car repairs, roommate forcing her to pay a share of the rent) for her to owe more than she could pay back and at that point the only real options besides living on the street would have been credit cards or payday loans. It sounds like an oxymoron but being poor is expensive and if my guesswork here is accurate her credit is probably hosed too.

He's basically the apex example on why credit cards have become ubiquitous. The whole concept that they are intended for people to not comprehend that it's real money when you swipe, so people buy more.
I'd assume that most people learn their lesson at some point and connect the dots. It's obvious DSP hasn't done that, which is amazing in itself because he's gone through bankruptcy and is aware that people think he's bad with money.
I envy his self-confidence, but the self-delusion is out of control.

So… never had to do a total like this before
So DSP is back in the top 100. But… my score is close to his. Why? i opened King Woods at 3ss in the first 24 hours off a 20 dollar pull (needed resources to bring nwo bret hart to 5 star gold) . DSP did not get him at all… yet.
So my score, minus 500k , then take his score and subtract it from mine you get 618k
618k divided by 3500 a loot coin divided by 40 loot coins and you get
441 dollars spent on new event!
All you had to do is crack open the woods and you could of saved enough money for an Xbox series s
