I’m genuinely baffled at this logic. The adjectives “French” and “animal-loving” aren’t comparable to “trans”. The entire purpose of an adjective is to provide a description or modify a noun. “French” and “animal-loving” are descriptions of a person’s nationality and personality. They don’t inherently provide any information about a person’s gender. However, “trans” does. “Trans” indicates that the individual is the opposite gender of whatever gendered pronoun it is modifying.

Also, they all unsurprisingly said that he would still be straight. I could never take that seriously. So, I’m supposed seriously believe that a woman, who previously identified as straight, dating Ellen “Elliot” Paige is still straight and not a bisexual (at minimum)?

If "trans" wasn't an important descriptor than why did they invent the terms AFAB/AMAB. It's almost like it's helpful to have words that describe the inherent differences between sexes.

(And shouldn't it be OVAB/OPAB (observed vulva/penis at birth) if we're going to be pendantic about it, since these people can't actually define the terms female and male.)
