Phil's been on this grifting train for how long now?

I'm pretty sure if he suddenly stopped doing gameplay streams and attempted to play vidya in his off time (no gacha does not count) he wouldn't know what to do with himself, maybe him attempting to live his "old school street fighter" days is the only way he can attain some form of happiness while playing a non-mobile game, but even then he'd have to only place against Derich's and newbies otherwise he gets curb stomped by anyone who's had experience with fighting games from at least the mid 2000's onwards.

The money buff is really the only thing that keeps Phil chugging along, as we can see just from today that couldn't be anymore obvious.

One of the more overlooked flaws of his is that he is no better at deducing the truth than he is at telling it. This is why traitors can come crawling back to him, and he gets scammed as much as he scams others.

What baffles me is that he knows how it looks, because he refuses to relent on Champions. He knows it makes him a loser, but he puts no effort into not falling for shit anymore. He just keeps rolling the dice and expecting to not get fucked.

He's also in denial. He knows the truth, but he still holds out hope that it can magically turn around. Why else would he get so disappointed after the Oscars? He got attention from his tweet, but no thousand viewers, and he literally tossed out his prepared speech because of it. It was just clout-chasing, but it shows he thinks it can work.

His brain is constantly at odds with itself. It knows things, but feels a certain way about them, but also about the steps it takes to actually address it, so it just detracts itself over and over.

A lot of his inability to see through obvious things is more likely a sign of how intellectually lazy he is. It isn't just that he's stupid, it's that he doesn't (or can't) think for himself. He's always demanding that everyone else gives him answers to his problems, he almost never come up with them himself. Hell, even the idea of just googling for himself is too much effort.

It's why he only ever has surface level understanding of what he's talking about at best, he never bothers to ask any questions that could help him.

I don't think he is that stupid, he did beg in the past mentionning that one guy Jaxx Dumbass shouldn't be the only supporter and whatnot. I think he knows but not much he can do about it.

He knows that relying on the whims of whales is risky at best, he just hasn't ever asked the question of why it's risky.

What gets me about this exchange is that he shows that he can't juggle multiple things at once. He easily could continue work on sorting out a pc while trying to sell that shit.

Literally a few whales that keep it up. As the percentage shares of Piece of Peace is showing again and again. The sad issue is that the whales enabled his constant spending habits and inability to safe up for even a few days, lol at that.

They should step it up and keep the money flowing until he retires. It's kinda their responsibility. Also scopely and total wine depend on it as well.

And what's even worse Phil is a creature of habit. The vest streak gave him the thought that he willearn 200$ a day just in tips and as Peace's spreadsheets have shown the beginning of the week was pretty strong. But that doesn't mean that it keeps going like this. that is just as retarded as the thought that the days of milk and honey (his early Machinima days) would go one forever without him ever changing a god damn thing or even no thought of having to compete with other content creators. This is like Mercedes thinking they will win every F1 season just because they are Mercedes
