Oh.

I guess it must be working, because they've broken $2k on the GFM. Also, Penny has another very important & informative update...!

They've been pushing this GFM hard. Multiple tweets a day (not even counting all the retweets).

Penny's also creepily taking pictures of some random person's @The Elusive Earl's property. 🙄

First it was a "burst pipe", now it's "a pipe exploded". Also, as near as I can tell, Phil has not bothered to mention if it was a supply pipe or a waste pipe. Kind of a big difference in scope, scale, and ease of repair between the two. I'm guessing it's a waste pipe tho, or he'd be whining about how they had to turn off the water supply to prevent further flooding.

You know if someone pulled up outside the tranch taking pictures the inmates would be lock, loading and frantically tweeting about the imminent attack.

Fuck you Phil, leave your neighbours alone you fat retard.

Edit: It's interesting that they have a repair figure of 8k when they haven't even determined the extent of the damage. Further proof of just another grift and scam.

I recall that when someone parked on their road, the tranchers immediately started aiming rifles in the direction of the "threat", scoping them.

The tranchers really hate the fuck out of the idea that whoever lives on that property doesn't share their opinions, politics or mental illness.
That’s one way to get their guns taken away/arrested

They also haven’t posted a picture of the “exploded” pipe, just some normal looking intact supply pipes.
As others said, pipes don’t really explode or burst anyway, without being frozen or having a nail (edit: or ND stray round) through it.

My guess from the photos is that there’s also a bathroom on the floor above (you can see what looks like a waste pipe in the affected ceiling in one photo). That’s probably where the flood came from - either an overflowing toilet tank, or a waste pipe from a tub or shower popped off, or someone simply left a tap running.

This was made by the same dudes who made those shitty ballistic plates for the tranch last year. I'd be shocked if this thing can hold an edge.
Not to defend a blade that looks like a square of baked model magic, fingerprints included, but a cleaver doesn’t really need to be that sharp for its intended purpose of hacking through bone. Granted, it certainly helps to be sharp, but you’re really just hacking a little axe through joints and ribs anyway. That said, they’re usually a lot more substantial and made of a heavy piece of metal and very rarely out of a small piece of modeling compound.

Judging by how it is resting on the hand, there was never an edge to begin with.
Contrary to popular (?) belief you can grab a sharp edge with your bare hands assuming there's no movement - cutting motion - between the two objects.
Judging by the picture the edge is extremely obtuse which wouldn't be that bad in a cleaver if it had more weight.

Great news!
My theory about there only being ~50 alpacas left was wrong. There are at least 100, but counting is hard.

Penny did a Twitter broadcast showing the male and female alpaca groups, but he boomered it somehow. The video is broken:

Thankfully, YT-DLP is magic and was able to extract a semi-working (?) video. It plays properly for me in VLC, but it seems to be having freezing problems here on KF... 🤔

I re-rendered the video, which I think has fixed the freezing. The video is lower quality though (with a larger file size...). Sorry!

Aside from showing that not nearly as many alpacas have died, the video also gives a good view of the property (much of it is still wasteland, btw). Penny also gives some information on how they feed the alpacas and how the Tranchers are planning to plant grass at some point.
