Look, I'm not saying Phil is lying and/or in arrears with all his bills; but I have a bi-monthly water bill and it's nowhere near $200. Granted I live alone, but I shower every day, sometimes twice a day, cook with boiling water, have pets to water, and a pool to keep up. I also live in the middle of the fucking desert in California, as opposed to the humid Pacific Northwest. Pay your fucking bills Phil.

Do you guys think the first thing he bought after 3 days of low tips was booze? Then he realized he didn't have enough for pulls, had one too many gin shots and is now logging onto the night stream pissed off and hungry for more tips.

Or maybe it's the other way around. Maybe he spent it all immediately on pulls, realized there was nothing left over for booze and is now pissy because it's day 4 of withdrawal.

Dude has so many addictions to feed that it's hard to tell which one he's begging for on any particular night.

It could be the fact that his area has high water usage relative to other counties or they don't use any recycled water so the neighbourhood water bills are more expensive there compared to other houses in a different county, but ultimately the cost of your water bill comes down to how much total water you use in total for that month.

Put it this way, Phil is a notorious liar who will even lie just for the sake of spinning the truth, so yeah he could be making it up, and he could be over exaggerating which he also does a lot, however when you can see how much of a wasteful person Phil is (spending so much money on groceries + liquor, spending a copious amount on "pet supplies", his bins overflowing and having to take his rubbish to the dump from time to time etc.) then it's not hard to piece together a picture that Phil's bills are "expensive" because of reasons he won't admit to and won't he won't address because he can spend his money how he wants and he won't have it any other way.

Phil is a drunk, but because it's from simply drinking every day without ever stopping for twenty years, I don't think he goes through booze at any kind of impressive rate. There is a reason his tracked whaling utterly dwarfs what it would cost him to be so wasted every day that he can't get out of bed.

Not to mention, he has been thoroughly documented as REGULARLY throwing one stream's tips into Champions before he even starts the second one. I wouldn't be surprised if his orders from Total Wine are done with superchat money most of the time, or even YT checks when the timing lines up.

It is very obvious which addiction demands the daily consumption of money.
