It's said on the official statement that Axia's not going on hiatus for mental health but for lawsuits against antis, similar to Roa from the same agency that has been on hiatus for over a year and continuing (except hers is more targeted towards specific influencers). Honhima also mentioned in her stream that some livers (including her) are proceeding with individual lawsuits while doing their jobs, so Axia's case may be much more complicated and something that he can't proceed with while continuing his VTubing activities.

There's more to it than that, these people are like Kpop stans where they try to infantalize the idol despite being younger than them. Saying shit like "He's going through his rebellious phase" which can really creep someone out if they're not used to how messed up chuuba culture can be.
I can understand why he'd want to take a step back and touch grass but yeah, no, he should've really researched what kind of audience male anime vtubers attract.

Axia comes from the same domestic pro FPS circuit as his genmate Lauren Iroas and it's very obvious that the both of them just wanted to click heads together and talk shit. If you're barely making it, you most likely live in an apartment (although they could've gotten a ghetto rental like gunt.) 4 months isn't long without a dentist, as they recommend you visit every 6 months, and even then most don't go that often.
