There is nothing that they can do. Assuming they sue in the US (which I think they have to since KF is hosted in the US) it is next to impossible to sue a website for shit that their users post. Facebook, tiktok, instagram, twitter, all of them have far worse content than KF and they stick around. Twitter has gone on record stating that they have a problem with illegal content and they are actively working with the FBI to solve the problem, but they are still around.
As long as null cooperates with law enforcement when subpoenaed in the US he is in the clear. Individual users can be sued if they do illegal stuff, but nobody here does. Or at the very least they do not use this platform to do it.
