TIK explains it far better than I, but essentially Nazi “privatization” was nationalization with party members or loyalists put in charge while still being private on paper. The companies were so heavily regulated that they were indistinguishable from a state organization (or literally one like Volkswagen, which stole Beetle deposits and used the money to fund the war effort). If the business “owner” refused to play ball, they’d quickly find themselves without a company. The one big argument that they have is that the Nazi regime quickly sided with the big industrialists over the workers and purged the strasserists i havent watched tiks video in full but thats a pretty big hurdle to jump for the "red" Nazi group and a big win for the the "white in a red suit" view of nazism
Nazis also had a lot of social programs and community organizations, one of which was the German Labour Front, a national labor union. They took control of the workers movements; they didn’t abolish them.
