DSDs can be fairly benign at times, but not usually. They can come with some serious (at times life threatening) symptoms. These symptoms are poorly understood because the conditions themselves are already very rare. And then on top of that, you have a bunch of trannies skinwalking actual intersex people, prancing around in front of an amazingly credulous media pretending they self impregnated through the ass or some shit. (Like anyone remember Mikey Chanel? Like sure, he's a terrible troon grifter, but many times worse than what he did was how completely uncritical the press was about his impossible claims.
