My guess is that after the formation of several new trauma lumps he's going to go into let me explain mode. Freemantle is going to want to cut him off and lay a brutal legal smackdown on him. Exactly. They want to set a precedent that if, at some unnamed future date, a litigant shows up saying that they were unjustly not allowed to perform Freemantle could say that they'd go after them for court costs in the event that they win.
The idea of having to pay hundreds or thousands of dollars in legal fees is enough to stop a lot of people in their tracks. But Russtard will never learn.

By paying costs to Skordas, Russell issued a subtle invitation for everyone who beats him in court to get their costs paid by him, and Freemantle should be able to rely on that representation. He had no disclaimers. After all the effort they put in, he's required to do for them what he did for others. It's not like Skordas put in as much efforts as Freemantle did.

Y’all are unfair. Russ is extremely supportive of body positivity, self-love, and justice. He wants rights for people and is adamant that women know that they are more than they think they are. That’s the point of suits at strip clubs (clothes suits not lol suits).
The issue is that Russell applies fairness and body positive support through a very mangled lens. As mangled as his own glasses and face and hands and feet and hair and beard. So it’s more of a paternalistic “I love you so you should love you” believe.

At some point, he referred to her coming to America to make it big. She's American. She was born in Miami. I think the thing I found most off-putting about his "song" is his emphasis on the fact she's hot. She is, but Russ acted like no one had ever told her she was hot before. Also, let this be a lesson to any women in a public facing role: She responded ONCE to him, and he's desperately trying to get her attention a year later. And no Russ, she probably doesn't remember replying to you, she replies to dozens of people a day, if that was even her and not a social media manager.
