I would put some stock in the rrat, she's talked a lot about the weather where she is, and some of the specifics like the mention of it being rainy during one stream pegged her down to Northern Italy, since the initial rrat was that she was an expat living in Italy, due to learning Italian but not speaking it well and ignoring Italian questions in chat. She's also mentioned not liking the beach lol.
Another rrat going around has to do with where she's actually from, she teases chat on the regular that they haven't been able to guess her native language, and has said she won't reveal it, at least for the foreseeable future. One persistent rrat is that she is Spanish due to they way she pronounced cat noises while playing Stray, Another has to do with Sakana talking about unforseen, unspecified delays in Gen2's rollout (most likely due to art delays), and the rrat associated with Panko is that she is a Ukrainian expat, living in Italy. Of note is that she does not like the beach, the strong sunlight and the heat and has had a a difficult time dealing with the heat and heat waves that have been common to Italy and Europe in general this year.
FYI, Erina has also obliquely confirmed she's located in the Philippines, due to weather. At the end of one of her streams thunder could be heard in the background, in another on you could hear it begin to rain really hard and she confirmed it had begun to rain. In both cases there was no such weather going on in the US or Canada, but there was in the Philippines around Manila in the north and down south around Davao City. Live satellite weather is really handy when those things turn up in streams.
