Does anyone else find it odd that Marcan et. al. hasn't used this as an excuse to fire up the DDoS again? I've been around for most of the attempts to kill the Farms and the CWCki, and it almost always correlates with attacks against the site. This time it feels like they're gaining much more traction than most, but the usual consequences aren't showing up. Known pedophile Samuel Collingwood Smith was the exception as Null said, because he went well above and beyond what was legal to take us down. Had he not been such a zealot, we might still be gone.

I think this is still only the second biggest shitstorm the site has faced, to be honest. Keffels can't even beat Chris with his Twitter cult and the MSM having his back, that's beyond pathetic.

This shitstorm is following the same path as the previous Twitter meltdowns over us.

-outrage as something is blamed on us
-coping and seething ensue
-plans are posted to report and harrass our providers and totally get us shut down.
-nothing happens. Maybe the site gets laggy from a DDoS.
-everything settles down as the outrage crowd gets distracted by twitter outrage topic #5,438,742 that starts trending.

This loop has repeated itself at least five times from what I recall.
