C&Ds are just threats. They're essentially a promise of litigation unless some sort of infringement or harm immediately stops. Trying to scare someone with a lawyer and empty threats is an easy way to get a lot of good publicity to someone. There's the much beloved Tortoise of Interference but there's no actual damage yet and I'm not eager to bring things to court. If Keffals does decide to bring a lawsuit in the US, I will consider what my countersuit options are then.
