I'd say it's almost a sure thing at this point.

It would be logistically far more difficult to arrange another swatting, which could result in serious injury or death, whereas ordering food and taking pictures of it is easy.

This AirBnB unit being a full single house means that it is probably booked for sizeable stretches of time. It's impossible to determine if someone booked this place for a one month+ chunk (thus ruling OUT this location) or if Lucas (if this is in fact where he is staying) hopped on it as soon as he cancelled his hotel stay (right after the previous visitor checked out) and made a reservation until the 5th of September.

Doesn't milk in that quantity come in bags over in Canada? Can any Ontario Kiwis confirm if milk is sold in 4L plastic jugs?

EDIT: From a cursory glance of a London based Walmart (since they have delivery contracts with Uber Eats), there doesn't seem to be any jugs in that size.

You know, maybe

The table that goes over the chair could be the 2 downward legs from what I presumed was a desk, the left hand chair is cropped out. the other chair to the right could have been moved.
The pillows and sheets are all the correct color (as opposed to the first one). As well as the curtains which go all the way to the floor
Also something I didn't mention the first time was that on the left hand side of the towel on the bed there appears to be some sort of corner which lines up with where they usually do the fold near the top. As well as if you look at the light reflections on the slurpee cups/pastic lids it's giving the impression of a floor to ceiling height window
