The thing that makes it extra bad is that he rushes through the gameplay and story and makes a mockery of the gameplay experience but he is also dragging it out and stalling as much as possible during certain segments.
Imagine asking him "and what happens if you decorate the hat?" Usually there is an extra step or reward like "I will send the hat to a random supporter" or "I will use it on an actual fishing vlog" or something like that.
So apparently Phil is the literal embodiment of a demon entity. His flesh is used as a disguise for actual demon avatar of laziness. Nice bit of lore I guess.

That is probably my new favorite way of fucking with him.
I wish we got to a point where this was considered a massive support stream for Phil.

Specifically relating to 'Hate Speech'. Weird time for YouTube to clamp down on that, but I guess they're finally being a bit tougher on it?

The first thing I see is a warning to avoid purchasing.

He cant strike Phil for the react, clearly. But could he strike the vid that phil uploaded to his channel to watch the TIHYDP from? Surely Phil has no leg to stand on with the reupload. He even said that the only strikes he has ever done was to people straight ripping and reuploading his content.
Help me understand this scenario because that vid might be private but thats no guarantee its that way forever.

If DSP has another channel mass-unprivating, and the video was on his channel instead of his mysterious fan’s, then maybe it could be stricken. Then DSP would just let it be removed because he doesn’t need or want it.
If he somehow gets his streaming privileges revoked for a week (hard to know since YouTube has a variety of strikes and I don’t know the difference), he’ll just do an emergency Twitch stream, rake in some concern trolling tips, and Karen his way up Google support until he can stream normally again.

He could still get a strike for a community guideline violation because this isn't his first one.
(I believe he had already one when he accidently unprivated his O-face video).

Logically thinking, up until now all that needed to happen is for YouTube to take action against these offenses. They exist, are definitely against ToS, and there's many more where that came from. This specific offense (transphobia) occurs at least 4-5 times, as well as racism and homophobia.
So, since YouTube has taken an action against him for one of the offenses, I don't see why they wouldn't take action against the rest of them, which surely will be reported just as this one was.
