Dr. Sidhbh "yeet the teets" Gallagher, MD, of Miami Florida, assessed this person and determined that she was a good candidate for an irreversible surgery to remove her breasts. Lifesaving medical care, everyone.

Rylan apparently had to travel to Florida from out of state, because other surgeons wouldn't do the surgery due to her high BMI. But Gallagher will slice into anyone who can pay, no matter how fat/unhealthy/unstable/young they are.

Yes, always. I don't care how shitty a 15 year old is, how edgy they are, no one deserves to be peer pressured by adults into surgery. I think we can all look back to our teen and early 20s years and think thank Christ none of those terrible choices were as permanent as ruining my future fertility and cutting off my tits or dick.
Being anti trans shit means protecting children, women, and the mentally ill. By blindly supporting this stuff, to be "on the right side of history", means supporting people being irreversibly hurt. Saying 'no' against all the whining and accusations of being a Nazi TERF bitch is the price you have to pay to stand up for those kids. Hopefully the butchery will be finally banned, once enough lawsuits pile up.

But fuck those 'good' people who don't give a fuck about kids, pretend they're saints. Doing right is often unpopular- so be it.

I find myself becoming more and more desensitised and it kinda worries me. I can't even muster up sympathy for teenage FTMs anymore, because they are so obnoxious and I am so sick of them arrogantly shitting on other women like they aren't the weakest and most docile women in existence. I know logically that they're just dumb teenagers, but my gut says 'let them sterilise themselves and rot in the bed they made'. It's not a good look and it's unreasonable, I know.

I do think a degree of grooming and virtue signalling is at play with some of these transitions. I have hormal imbalance and do not have typically female mannerisms, interests, or behaviours. Early 2000s I was online talking about these issues and feeling strange as I was in a religious boarding school as well. I had people trying to call me 'non-binary' and trans even then, trying to pressure me into socially transitioning and dressing like a boy.

I never did, which also got me thinking to tonight how I have never been mistaken as a boy/man either regardless what I'm wearing and having my face covered with a mask example: I could be in a big hoodie, pants, work boots, and a mask on going to the shops after my shift people still refer to me as miss or madam. Unless the transwomen are Asian ladyboys, started transitioning before the age of 10, and/or had a vast amount of plastic surgery the average MtF will be mistaken as a the man they are, they can dress in the sluttiest or most feminine outfit they can find, act as a dainty as they pretend, slather themselves in make up and there's a good chance they will still be recognised as male.

It's incredibly sad, but like you said, sometimes. Other times you see manmade horrors beyond your comprehension and can't help but laugh or get, dare I say it: Mad at the Internet.
