No, this is way worse than 4. If it was just the bugs and unpolished port shit yeah, there's fixing that. Ain't no fixing the story or characters here. Yes, I'm mad they killed Oleg in 4, no, it still doesn't deserve that comparison at all. And I'm the one here who is closest to actually defending the reboot in some ways. It's a sub-par game even if you can look past the writing and that's a massive fucking "if" right there.
Fun fact: 2 also had this issue, I remember reading about that at the time 3 came out and that was used as justification for massively cutting back on the clothing at the time. Dunno about the first one, never played that.No part of it could be that they were thinking that because it would be censored that they didn’t have to work very hard on titty art. However I also think that the entire build of women ingame looks very masculine and maybe they got into a weird purity spiral about over feminizing or over masculinizing men so they kind of went in the middle with a slightly masculine gender blob for women. Men in the game also look weird. Their legs look very feminine.
2's gender was a literal slider and you could make androgynous characters with ease, clothing being a mid factor to it as well.Fun fact: 2 also had this issue, I remember reading about that at the time 3 came out and that was used as justification for massively cutting back on the clothing at the time. It even tries to use that pyramid that SR3/4/Fallout4 used for body sliders with thin/muscle/fat but i changed the damn thing, making your character skinny makes him feminine, making him muscled will make it manly and making it fat will make anyone not have sex with him.No part of it could be that they were thinking that because it would be censored that they didn’t have to work very hard on titty art. Is that Saint Floyd on the wall?Okay game I was trying to be nice to you but then you pull Urkel's companion quest. I chose this.
This isn't me just the first result I found but just fucking look at this:
Fucking hell this is just beyond even the rest.
Please think of those poor soydevs. So whats up with metacritic? You cant "review bomb" stuff anymore?
I bet the writers/designers fucking love Community and wish they would be able to work on Community instead of making some shitty videogame but until then they have to settle for writing Community fanfiction on company time.Okay game I was trying to be nice to you but then you pull Urkel's companion quest. > we tried thatWe tried that. They don’t like any of those games and just want to buy Saints Row
Negative reviews of the new Saints Row video game are hitting at an awkward time for Swedish gaming giant Embracer Group, as it tries to prove itself a powerful player in the industry.
Driving the news: Critical drubbings of the game commenced at 10am ET today. The stock price for Embracer Group AB dove right after.
- It’s down more than 7% for the day.
so who's betting on the western studios (sony/ms) or easter (tencent) ones that made reviewers bash woke row to buy embracer shares?
Can't wait to see some retard try it IRL.The "fight on the roof of the car" parts are boring and stupid and break disbelief
As entertaining as it was to see how that convoy mission turned out, this is essentially an cartoonish version of GTA when I saw what the MC did to that semi...And how that chick knocked down an billboard sign in the previous mission. The "jump from car to car" is stupid and breaks disbelief
In a way, stuff like this could have worked if it wasn't so predictable. I mean, we've basically been using this for our comedy routines ever since A&H became an thing. The first couple missions gave me an impression of this trainwreck:
Diverse superior officer, no respect for authority, constant complaining about "loans" and "rent," phoned-in acting, blatant entitlement, anti-capitalist rhetoric, no impact, lackluster open world.
I could go on, but you get the gist.
Hope you don't like the song Love Shack...
Joan Crawford needs to slap Eli with a wire hanger.Eli wouldn't even be worth making into a prison bitch. He's so fucking uptight you could sharpen a pencil in his asshole, and it's not even played for laughs or even slightly amusing.
too much "friends" for that.I assume no romance in this game?
Romances in 4 were basically a joke, but the brown spy girl's one is my favorite. The best one is with Ben King.I assume no romance in this game?
Except Community is amazing and this is a cruel mockery.I bet the writers/designers fucking love Community and wish they would be able to work on Community instead of making some shitty videogame but until then they have to settle for writing Community fanfiction on company time.
Yeah, that's what I meant with it being their fanfiction. I saw that dustbowl video and it felt like they were trying to write their own paintball episode.Except Community is amazing and this is a cruel mockery.
This is transcommunity.
>"b-b-b-b-but y'all are just jelly, muh dude, y'all are a bunch of haters"
I just gotta know, what sort of cringey shit is she involved in outside of defying the laws of gravity with her car early on?And Neena deserves to be sold at the Libyan Slave Market.
