No Michael didn't go to superhell for grooming the kids, he went to superhell for a personal slight against Gyro. It may have been for cheating with Dahmer? The point is, no one in Yarrow's fantasies get punishment for being bad people, just for crimes against them in particular. Hurting kids is okay in their book, hence the numerous child rapists in their harem.
