On the subject of him misusing shotguns & sniper rifles, I'd like to think that he sort of "phones it in" a bit. As much of a dumbass that he is, just about every game featuring those weapons make their roles extremely clear, and most movies & TV shows follow those same rules. I think that he mixes those roles up in an attempt to create situations of "hilarity", or to possibly make his playthroughs longer to get more money.

...then again, this is the guy who wasn't assed enough to replace his smoke alarm for months, so maybe I'm giving him too much credit.
It's not just using the wrong gun for the task, it's also that he wants to treat it like Call of Duty or something and "run & gun" when he should be employing stealth. No Phil, you don't need to shoot everybody in the game to progress. Sometimes you need to take your time, pick your targets and take them out quietly.

It always reminds me of his painful Arkham walkthroughs. Batman is the master of stealth but DipShitPhil blunders in, makes noise by blowing shit up and then wonders why it is the guards shot him.

He really just wants to finish the games so he can have his full playthrough finished in time for him to play the next new releases. That's the same reason why he tries to run past everything in some of his playthroughs, like Halo 5. He really doesn't care about the game, he just cares about finishing it as fast as he can and how many views he'll get from playing it. That's why he never takes his time to think about what he should do next.

Cant both these affect liability and insurance payouts? Like if his house burns down and he gets in a car accident can the insurance company refuse to payout? Or could he be sued by his neighbors or car accident victim?

Depends whose benefit the insurance is for. You can have insurance to protect your own interest in a house, but if it's mortgaged, the bank wants the value they own protected. They're not going to be accepting a policy that would screw them if the idiot living in the house is an idiot.

So Phil could be screwed out of any equity he has, possibly, but if the bank is, they're going to go after him for it personally. That probably won't matter since he'll just declare bankruptcy.

Thats why police are required to ask questions at the scene of an accident.
Generally your asked if you require glasses for distance or asked to read a license plate so failing that would be a indication you need glasses. Not sure about US law but i come from a country were your license and docs specifically state if you need glasses or not.
Again insurance companys love to go over every detail on the report for any excuse not to pay out.
Washington state is in fact a jurisdiction where if you need glasses, it appears on your driver's license.

Oddly, although I've always had one of these restrictions, when I changed states, I recently let my license lapse and had to actually go through the process of getting a new one. They took a new eye test and I wasn't required to wear them any more (although I generally do). Somehow, the vision requirement is satisfied by driving a car with external rear view mirrors on the doors. Why this is a thing, I don't know.

Hey gaiz! DSP is totally a ladies man and women are just throwing themselves at this fine specimen.
If he's telling some bullshit story in this one, the most blatant fake story I ever heard Phil tell was something he got from South Park and tried to pass off as his own story. He was caught redhanded too.

Yeah. He tried to run after The End shooting his assault rifle non stop and complaining about the lack of auto-aim/the invincibility frames.

Honestly when Phil complains about auto aim in games i just think "do you buy a game to have the AI play it for you?"

Oh dear, is this a prelude into another viewquit? Will Far Cry Primal be the latest victim?

I'm amazed that he's delusional enough to believe that he's still a big deal to be taken seriously. His prime has long since past, he should realize that.

Now that's just pathetic, even for Phil. I wonder how much lower those views can go...

I wonder if Dark Souls 3 will either have a ragequit or a viewquit from Phil. I'm not sure if he's willing to go the extra mile and finish a new Dark Souls game these days...

I see two different possible outcomes:

1:The stream chat holds his hand through the game and tells him about an extremely OP build that lets him cheese his way through most of the game.

2:He runs into a boss that defeats him multiple times and eventually goes "FUCK THIS" and quits with some BS excuse about how the game "isn't fun" and "is the worst game in the series."

That's probably a 500-600k home right there. He'd get raped in property taxes as well.
Yeah, if it's Houston, it's pretty fucking expensive. She should've went for places in Arizona or further Northwest, into the Texas Panhandle. Land and housing is cheaper there. Plus how in the fuck is Phil going to get the money needed for that? He already lost a fuckton in his current house for instance.

Phil and Leanna don't exactly have common sense. They're like that girl who moved to San Francisco (one of the most expensive cities in the country) and proceeded to bitch at her employer Yelp because she didn't think about anything before jumping the gun and lived well above her means.

I know, it's just really funny that if they're in that much of a hole, then moving again isn't going to help. I've seen 2nd graders use their money more wisely than these grown ass people.
