he’s pretty screwed, usually hrt will give you more body fat to source from but seeing how even months in his body looks about the same. he also hasn’t gained any breast tissue so there won’t be enough skin for a breasts big enough to even out his wide shoulders
Sometimes they are. I remember there was this guy on YouTube (Stef Sanjati I think his name was? The dude who has that genetic condition that means his eyes are unusually far apart and his hearing is bad) who trooned out and wanted FFS first because he thought a person’s face is the first thing you notice about them so if he changed his he’d be able to pass better socially which covers 90% of social situations. Of course the main flaw in that thinking is that there’s a whole lot of subtle things besides the face that go into someone discerning your biological sex even if you’re fully clothed and they can’t see what’s in your underwear.
From what I’ve seen it seems like a common starter surgery. Compared to SRS it’s not really invasive. Some common procedures include a nose job, some bone shaving on the jaw and forehead, lowering the hairline, and a lip lift. Definitely a lot less intense than chopping your dick off, and a lot of those procedures are pretty standard for surgeons (nose jobs, lip lifts, maybe cheek fillers).
I kinda feel bad for the guy, he's gonna get his nose fucked up like they did to Contrapoints. IMHO he should probably only get the brow/jaw done, but that won't really fix his super clockable beefy neck.
