I think Lucas is starting to develop symptoms of genuine paranoia. Kiwifarms is in his brain, in his walls, in his floorboards, even at the top position of Cloudflare. KF is everywhere and nowhere at once in this man's mind.

Everyone is a Kiwifarmer. The Taco Bell doordash delivery boy is a Kiwifarmer. The Uber Driver is a Kiwifarmer. Lucas's mom is a Kiwifarmer. Daisy the Chihuahua is a Kiwifarmer. The London police are Kiwifarmers (if they find incriminating evidence on lucas's hard drives). And now the CEO of Cloudflare is a Kiwifarmer (for not giving into lucas's intimidation campaign and not wanting his employees harassed).

IDK much about the details because I'm a cis white man who hasn't had to do serious research into this but they instead endorse Puberty Blockers until the person in question turns 18. Puberty Blockers have been around forever and used to treat all sorts of different conditions, particularly for children who undergo an abnormally early puberty which, especially for girls can cause long term problems as I understand it. They also don't have the kinds of long term effects that HRT does if someone decides they don't want to go down that path. The medical community has largely embraced this approach and refuses to perscribe HRT to minors due to the effects being irreversible (Puberty Blockers can be reversed by just not taking them anymore which will cause you to undergo your biological puberty.) The idea of this approach is to allow someone to who is questioning their sexuality to explore their sexual identity more fully before committing to either HRT or their biological puberty.

So basically Keffals and co are extremist even by trans advocacy standards.

Edit: I want to be clear that I'm not an expert on any of this stuff and I am largely speaking on what I have heard from others. Feel free to neg rate me regardless though.

His dedicated cult will continue to support him, but I think most people will abandon him in the long run. Mainstream media find the New Zealand farming support group to probably be pretty boring when you consider most people on it are public figures who publish their own retardation. Major commentary youtubers who use Kiwifarms as a reference for their videos (Though most will continue to do so in secret) will probably continue to without fear, because the vast, vast majority people outside of twitter wont sperg out over the use of a site as a reference, which will continue to drive attention toward it.

Cloudflare knows that the best option is just to ignore the spergs screeching at them because by the time the IRL protests start, 90% of them will have already lost interest (And I'm betting that IRL protest will be a freakshow within itself). Keffals will slowly turn his attention to another target but will continue to post about the Farms, and he'll take credit for anything bad that happens to either the Farms or Josh like Chris does.
