FFA mode is something he made that involved four players doing a multi battle and instead of it being a 2v2, it's based on who is the "last one standing." This isn't an official game mode, but Sun and Moon had a very similar concept after he popularized it, but not to his liking and rulesets (understandably so). It also had a roulette version that involved randomizing teams for each player.

No, Nick legitimately has a heat allergy. His internal temperature goes up and he breaks out in hives which means if he wasn't medicated on a boatload of Benadryl he would have been itchy this entire livestream.

Nick does have some sort of heat allergy where if his core temperature gets too high he breaks out in hives. He's mentioned it before many times. I imagine that he brought that up to make some sort of connection to this guy who now has seizures possibly because he's tripple vaxed and probably signed up for a fourth.

In fact, there are a few streams in 2019 where Nick does break out in hives due to the heat allergy and he scratches himself.
That was before he switched to a new medication. He talked about it on a stream with Drexel afterward.

I've been thinking about Nick's stream with Duncan. I will confess to pausing it when it devolved into the "now listen to me mother fucker" phase. At the time it was really jarring.

But then I realized just 30 minutes prior Duncan essentially said (in flowery words) that on the advice of doctors (the experts) children can be subjected to medical procedures irrespective of the wishes of their parents. I am shocked Nick didn't flip out at right that moment. All he said was "clearly you don't have kids of your own". Which I am 100% sure is true.

And that shit then stewed for half an hour until the weasel arguments came out, and it was like the dam broke. Hoo boy, it was something to see.
