For it to have any effect, he would have to file it in the US. He has apparently flown to Ireland now so there is really no way he could file the lawsuit. Now he could give his money to someone else but that would mean he would have to give up money and grifters don't want to do that.

I don't believe it ever was, i think people only accept it because of that throwaway that claimed to be his boss.
