A quick look online regarding FMLA suggests she probably isn’t eligible for it. Additionally, she needs to provide a medical certificate to CHR from a qualified health practitioner that states she is in fact eligible. Based on my look over the site (I’ll link below) I don’t think there’s any way a health practitioner would give her that cert. Her mom‘s care is already arranged for, and a third party is caring for her. Driving her to and from surgery occasionally wouldn’t qualify her for this type of extended leave. And if she was taking FMLA, it would make so much more sense for her to just say that instead of deleting comments and blocking people who ask about her job.
Additionally, we heard her say in her own words that CHR had just about had it with her. They had been writing her up, making her sign shit, suspending her, and even warned her that one more fuck up and she’s out. Basically, it sounded like they were going through the process of getting rid of her dumb ass. Anyway, I’m not doubting whether or not you worked with her or were in the same circle, etc. and it doesn’t really matter too much, honestly. I just don’t believe she’s still employed at this time.
Poking around even a bit, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out who JMA is. Maybe she forgot about P (unless you all just always called it P instead of Phoenix), but no way she doesn’t understand who is meant by JMA.
