There was a bit of time between the initial raid and the leak of the fake shopped photo. The White House and FBI brass had to know Garland and a clique of agents had gone rogue right away. Why didn't they put the kibosh on that photo before it got out? I mean they're ones with the media connections and intelligence resources to find out who it had been handed off to.
