Well, the English language definition is a lot more precise. For stochastic terrorism to make sense as a phrase, giving that stochastic as a word is strictly mathematical, there must be a lot of factors in the equation that likely has their own weight (ie percentage) as well. It won't just be some rally where people are spewing hate, it'll be the guy's mood all the way to the colour of his dilator and you can even argue the 41% remaining battery of his vibrating buttplug can be included.

Here's the kicker, in stochastic processes, each category could play a role in the outcome, you can say it's justifying an outcome.

Sometimes, via the tread, I see all the good stuff he got that has come out of him saying that Kiwifarms is your "nemisis" and is "super evil" being overall as dumb as Twitter, that I thought he could have been some genuis who acts like a retard in order to get this cash and brownie points from the forever online crowd to able to do a lot of what he wants to do, which is to grift cash and groom the catboys.
