My two bits in addition to what others have said: The fact that they always use those specific phrases shows that they're just retards who don't think for themselves and just regurgitate whatever their favorite Breadtubers say. Actually intelligent (i.e. 80+ IQ) people can actually express concepts in their own words; defaulting to saying the exact same phrases that contain suspiciously obscure words only goes to show how dependent these idiots are on others to think for them and how their thought processes are just plugging premade concepts into place. They're exactly the kind of people the NPC meme was made for.
