These people are actually unhinged if they think cars are death machines. Yes vehicles can kill but so can everything. If you tried hard enough you could probably murder someone with a plastic spoon. Pretty much all vehicle related incidents involve one or more persons being a fucking retard and not paying attention, and that it their fault and no one elses.
But sure, everyone driving a car is a potential mass murderer that that Wakeusha black supremacist. These guys literally use the same arguments as gun grabber types. Even the ones that realize you can't ban all vehicles are these types of people, I wouldn't be surprised if they want to revive the Pony Express in order to justify an 'eco-friendly' way to transport food and goods long distances to stores even though that would be far more expensive than trucks are, even if you somehow involve trains along the way.
Then again these people are all pro-urban bugmen who can't fathom shit being more than a 15 minute walk from where you live.

Since Soviet Russia offered cars to its citizens which often took a decade or more to eventually arrive, forcing them to use other means of transport for a very long time, these people think it's cool to just do away with the "you'll get a car eventually" part and just ambulate in various other ways for their whole life.

In many cities busses park in streets when there are no bike lanes. Additionally, police vehicles often park in the middle of street. When someone is having an emergency, parking respectfully is not a priority.
Finally, parking in a street is more dangerous, you have more control over a bike than a car. You can stop on a dime, many cars cannot.
Only on reddit is the word of a 13 year old taken seriously. Of course it is reddit so juvenile opinions on anything are the norm.
There is a reason kids can't vote. Also the "I never had a gf" thing on reddit is really fucking sad.
