The question is if they can charge you on it if you didn't use of the money yet, since you could argue ignorance on the reason of changing bank.
Basically either:
1. Bank notices and needs to decide if it's worth it seizing million dollars from other bank. You don't face any legal issue since all the money is there.
2. Bank doesn't know and you could start using it after several years.

I don't know how it works in Burgerland but over here you have to sign that it is in fact, not stolen money in any capacity, wich will guarantee you jail-time if another bank comes and starts to ask questions if that scenario would happen, maybe taking out the money by itself and do that whole cryptocurrency thing or store it under the worst spermridden mattress you can possibly find? Anyway the whole bank thing wont work since they are def. talking to each others and helping each other out when it comes to these kind of things.
 
Thanks to some helpful youtube commenter pointing it out, I was able to find the Life is Strange expleened on the wayback machine and testing out all the links I was also able to find Alan Wake expleened saved there too, so score. The rest though are basically gone besides the live reaction copies on youtube, but that would be a pain to clip down and would be annoying to hear live react niggers commentary over the IH video.

Here's another example of what I was talking about with the thumbnails. Continuing from this speculation, maybe the reason why these two in particular I found were privated were because IH doesn't make much of an appearance in them. Another commenter on my channel floated to me that he thinks IH is going to redo the videos so that's why they got privated while another said it's copyright related (however I haven't had any issue with the mirrors I've put up on youtube so I don't think that's the case)

I think it's because he's not over-the-top in his delivery so he's not overselling it. He's letting the story speak for itself rather than trying to amp it up needlessly. It's like the opposite of all those YouTubers who basically think they're hilarious with their terrible skits and non-existent acting skills who seem to think that loud=funny (thinking people Jim Sterling, Channel Awesome people, etc.).

Plus good pacing.

My brothers and I watched this together, we were all on the edge of our seats over it. IH wasn't even doing anything spectacular, but my Lord he really just went all-out with this animatic reenactment.

Wendigoon being a stand-in for Floyd had me rolling, but everyone's interactions with each other was great.

For what could have been an otherwise boring topic he made that shit rather exciting. I'm kind of surprised he still hangs out with Ordinary Things though as the dude is a major cuck compared to the people he associates these days like Rusty Cage and JonTron.

It's slightly saddening because you know IH & friends make a tiny fraction of what so many others make on YT making incredibly mediocre content, while IH's is of pretty much infinitely better quality.
