In it, one dipshit “expert” after another got up and repeated how critical the fight against climate change is, and how energy workers would stop bitching about the transition once they saw how equitable the new green energy jobs were going to be… I started getting mad and then I realized these morons believe their own PowerPoint decks. Not one person had any inkling that a society ending energy shortage was just around the corner for Europe, and they were going to step on their own dicks to get there.

They can break a lot of things, and this winter is going to be a wild ride. But no one could have predicted the Covid fever would be broken by a horde of Leaf Truckers descending from the hinterlands, and we have no idea what good things are yet to come.

But expect some big surprises in all directions. I plan to keep phoneposting as long as I can.
