I don't even feel like she puts much effort into what she makes, she buys her assets, uses premade animations, has long periods where nothing happens and can't be bothered to learn basic elements of film making such as lighting and camera movement, and showing rather than telling. Her movies feel like what you'd get if you just found someone off of fiver offering to turn your shitty script into an animated film. For someone who spent a decade trying to turn her obsession into a movie franchise you'd expect something with more energy and effort put into it even if seeming truly professional is something out of reach.
The true purpose of Cynthia's woggle ventures is purely to try to indulge her wogglefetish. The Wogglebug is everything to her, a friend, a father, a husband, a son, comedy, tragedy...The Wogglebug is the godhead (the wogglehead), a stand in for the very universe itself, personified.
She indeed does not put much effort into it, because there is no goal. She tells herself it's to make The Wogglebug more popular, but if she made The Wogglebug popular, she would be driven crazy by people "misusing" it.
Ultimately her woggle fame quest is all about a bratty desire for self-aggrandizement and egocentric self-indulgence, because The Wogglebug
is her. Everything about him is a product of her own projection, and as I've said previously she's already
FAR beyond where an individual of her will or mental capacities would be in any other place in all of human history, well fed, sheltered, provided spending money...she's so coddled yet so limited that she has nothing else to do but wrap herself in fetishistic obsession.
She exists in wogglepurgatory, and likely will until the rest of her family dies off and she's forced out into the real world, at which point if the welfare state hasn't fallen apart they'll probably put her in section 8 tard housing, and she'll keep aimless tarding her way through life, a lot like CWC has, until she dies.
That is her ultimate wogglefate.
